With that being said, the Habs have to turn it around quickly or their playoff hopes will dwindle down. Betting sites have the habs playoff percentage at around 48%. Will the Habs make the playoffs? Are they running out of gas?Juraj Slafkovsky is starting to get a reputation of being a 2nd half guy. Since the 4 nations tournament, Slaf is playing at over a point per game pace. Is he a 2nd half guy or is he simply a different player since the 4 Nations?In the offseason, either through trade or in the UFA market, who should the Habs go after to fill the 2C spot? Luca brings up an interesting name, but it might be a costly acquisition. It's time to STOP questioning if Suzuki is a number 1 center. He definitely is. He is not a 100-pts center, but so what!? They mused over the idea of Dobson being traded to the Montreal Canadiens. During their segment they mentioned that to get Dobson, the Habs would likely have to send Caufield the other way. Would we trade Cole Caufield for Noah Dobson?Since the 4 Nations tournament, the Habs have played two games (Ottawa and Carolina) and won both games. Slafkovsky has scored in both games and has been a beast. Before the season resumed, he stated "to have success in the NHL, you have to play like Brady Tkachuk." In the first game after making that statement, VS Ottawa, he scored a goal, got into a fight, was the first star of the game, and finished the game with 8 hits. He is definitely more engaged.
