In this episode of Passionate & Prosperous, I'm joined by Zhara-Marie Henry, founder of ZMN Co., an online operations agency that helps established coaches and consultants increase capacity and revenue through manageable, scalable operations — without constant founder intervention. This is a real-time coaching session episode. Zhara came in knowing her numbers, believing in her offer, and ready to raise her rates — so why couldn't she do it? What we uncovered in this conversation is something I think a lot of you are going to recognize in yourselves. If you've ever done all the right things to justify a higher price and still felt frozen when it came time to say the number — this episode is for you.In this episode, we discuss:What's really going on when you know your value but still can't say the priceThe brain habit that makes us cap our own rates before our clients ever get the chance toWhy the identity shift you think you need might not be what's actually missingWhat you need to believe about yourself, your clients, and the world to charge moreHow to refine your messaging when you're calling in a more growth-driven, mission-led clientWhy the first time you say a higher number is the hardest — and what changes after you doFollow Zhara on Instagram and Threads @zeetheobm and on YouTube at Zhara-Marie.Download Zhara's free Home Run Systems guide here.🔗 Ways to Work With Stacey & Free Resources💚 1:1 Coaching & MastermindBook your free Ultimate Impact Blueprint Session to explore private coaching or mastermind support and take your life and business to the next level.🌟 Passionate & Prosperous AcademyJoin the Academy for coaching, mentorship, and community designed to help you build and grow a transformational business without ads or complicated funnels—just powerful offers, relationships, and live delivery.📈 Free Resource: High-Converting Event PlaybookLearn how to create masterclasses, workshops, and talks that actually lead to clients (not crickets).💻 Free Mini-Course: Your Irresistible Signature 1:1 OfferFive simple steps to crafting a premium 1:1 offer your ideal clients are ready to say yes to.🧘 Passionate & Prosperous Manifestation Toolkit ($47)An exclusive toolkit featuring a 52-card affirmation deck and a guided journal with custom prompts to help you align, manifest, and take intentional action.Get Full Show Notes, Event Sign Ups and More Information Here:http://www.staceybrassrussell.com/podcast
I recorded this episode fresh off the heels of wrapping my Profitable Coaching Business Bootcamp — a six-day live event I run a couple of times a year — and I'm still buzzing. Not just because we welcomed five incredible new members into the Passionate & Prosperous Academy and a brand new one-on-one client, but because every single time I do this bootcamp, I come away with the same powerful reminder: this is all an inner game.Yes, I teach strategy in the bootcamp. You need a niche, a clear offer, a content plan, and the ability to have conversations that convert. That stuff matters. But what I know after years of doing this work — and what I'd be completely remiss not to tell you — is that strategy alone will never be enough. You need two operating systems running simultaneously: the operating system of your business and your own inner operating system as a human being. And here's the truth: your inner OS is the one that actually determines your success. So in this episode, I'm breaking down the five essential qualities your inner operating system must be running on — and I promise at least one of them will completely reframe how you've been thinking about your own success. Like, did you know that confidence isn't actually something you can build directly? It's a byproduct of something else entirely. Or that the urgency you feel about growing your business might be the exact thing that's sabotaging it?These aren't mindset buzzwords. Think of them as muscles — things you can build, strengthen, and upgrade with intentional, daily practice. And the beautiful (and tricky) part? You can only develop them by taking action. You have to build the plane while you're flying it.Key TakeawaysBusiness success requires two operating systems: your business strategy AND your inner OS as a human beingThere are 5 inner OS essentials — and they're not what you think (tune in to find out!)Confidence is a byproduct of something else entirely — you can't shortcut itUrgency fueled by scarcity will sabotage your growth before you even get startedThese qualities are muscles — they need support, coaching, and daily practice to strengthenYou don't work on your inner OS before taking action — you develop it by taking actionThis is the work that never really ends — and honestly, that's the beauty of it. Every new level you reach is just an invitation to upgrade again. So wherever you are right now, know that the inner work and the outer work are happening at the same time, and that is exactly as it should be. You've got this. In this episode of Passionate & Prosperous, I’m joined by Edward Vilga to talk about his new book, The Science of Getting Rich Journal.Edward took the original 1910 prosperity classic, The Science of Getting Rich by Wallace D. Wattles, and created a 40-day guided journal designed to help readers actively apply its principles. Instead of simply reading about wealth, gratitude, faith, and creative thinking, this journal turns those ideas into a structured daily practice. Our conversation centers on identity and wealth — and why mindset and belief systems must come before strategy. We talk about the difference between passive manifestation and aligned action, and why visualization without follow-through isn’t enough. Edward shares the neuroscience behind journaling and how consistent reflection can help rewire the brain, increase clarity, and shift long-held patterns around money. In this episode, we discuss:How Edward transformed a classic prosperity text into a practical, action-oriented journalWhy identity and belief shape your ability to create wealthThe difference between passive manifestation and aligned actionThe neuroscience behind journaling and brain rewiringGratitude as a foundation for abundanceCreative mindset vs. competitive mindsetWhy repetition and structure (like a 40-day practice) support real transformationStrengthening your relationship to money without shame or guiltIf you’re building a business, leading clients, or working to strengthen your own relationship with money, this episode offers a grounded framework for thinking about prosperity differently. Wealth, as we discuss it here, isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about becoming the kind of person who can create, hold, and act from abundance over time.Check out The Science of Getting Rich Journal AND a special bonus course when you purchase here using code STACEY.Follow Edward on Instagram here.🔗 Ways to Work With Stacey & Free Resources💚 1:1 Coaching & MastermindBook your free Ultimate Impact Blueprint Session to explore private coaching or mastermind support and take your life and business to the next level.🌟 Passionate & Prosperous AcademyJoin the Academy for coaching, mentorship, and community designed to help you build and grow a transformational business without ads or complicated funnels—just powerful offers, relationships, and live delivery.📈 Free Resource: High-Converting Event PlaybookLearn how to create masterclasses, workshops, and talks that actually lead to clients (not crickets).💻 Free Mini-Course: Your Irresistible Signature 1:1 OfferFive simple steps to crafting a premium 1:1 offer your ideal clients are ready to say yes to.🧘 Passionate & Prosperous Manifestation Toolkit ($47)An exclusive toolkit featuring a 52-card affirmation deck and a guided journal with custom prompts to help you align, manifest, and take intentional action.Get Full Show Notes, Event Sign Ups and More Information Here:http://www.staceybrassrussell.com/podcast
If you’ve been questioning what “scaling” is supposed to look like for an expert-led business, this conversation will bring a lot of clarity. In this episode of Passionate & Prosperous, I’m joined by my friend, Pia Silva, founder of No BS Mastery, longtime business strategist, and author of Badass Your Brand, with a new book, Scale Solo, coming out soon.Pia has spent more than 15 years helping consultants, coaches, and boutique agencies build highly profitable businesses with small or no teams. She’s coached hundreds of business owners, and what she teaches is refreshingly clear, grounded, and practical. In our conversation, we dig into what it actually means to scale as an expert-led business — not the internet version of scaling, but the real decisions behind offers, pricing, confidence, and business models that create sustainable growth. We talk about how to build a business that works because it’s designed intentionally — not because you’re chasing trends, adding complexity, or following someone else’s definition of success.Pia and I both share some behind-the-scenes of our businesses – what it feels like when we’re going through an evolution and period of growth, how we’ve made certain decisions and choices around our offers and what we’re creating and the reality of how our businesses often reflect the seasons of our lives. If you’re a service-based business owner who wants to grow with clarity, confidence, and ease, this episode is for you.In This Episode, We Talk About:What most people get wrong about scaling service-based businessesHow to design a business model that works with a small or no teamWhy selling outcomes changes both your confidence and your revenueThe role decisive action plays in building authorityHow looking at the right numbers can simplify everythingPia’s upcoming book, Scale Solo, breaks down her approach to building a profitable, streamlined business — one that prioritizes expertise, simplicity, and sustainability. After you listen, consider this:What would scaling look like if it were designed around your expertise instead of someone else’s rules?Follow Pia on Instagram and listen to the No BS Mastery Podcast. If money feels harder than it “should” right now, this episode is your reset: you don’t have a marketing problem, you have an offer clarity problem. In this conversation, I’m breaking down the foundational truth that changes everything in your coaching or service-based business: you can’t sell what you can’t name. And I know that sounds basic. But I’m telling you, after talking to business owners every single day, this is the pattern I see over and over again: people think they need better messaging, more leads, a stronger launch, or “visibility.”Meanwhile they can’t clearly answer one question:What are you selling?I also share how my background teaching yoga shaped the way I understand offers: one class doesn’t change your life, but a practice does. And your business needs to be positioned the same way.If you’ve been feeling stuck, fuzzy, or like your business should be working better than it is, listen to this episode. It will help you stop spinning and start selling what you’re actually here to do.Because your next level isn’t hiding in another funnel. It’s hiding in the question you’ve been avoiding. In This Episode, I Talk About:Why revenue doesn’t feel “easy” when you’re unclear on what you’re actually selling The difference between selling a modality vs. selling a transformationHow most coaches and business owners are misdiagnosing their “problem”Why people won’t invest time, energy, or money if they can’t picture the outcome they’re buyingWhy specificity isn’t a “niche trap” What “profitable” actually means in terms of business modelsHow values-driven businesses can lead right now, creating spaces of love, safety, and belonging when people need it most.If you’ve ever found yourself asking “why does making money feel so hard right now?”, pop your earbuds in and give this one a listen. And if you want help getting clear on it, come join me inside the Profitable Coaching Business Bootcamp (week of February 9). In this episode of Passionate & Prosperous, I’m diving into one of the things I care about most — and honestly, one of the biggest reasons I believe so many service-based businesses struggle to grow or convert right now.If you work with human beings (coaches, teachers, healers, creatives, experts, facilitators, consultants… this means you), you must understand how people actually make decisions, learn, change, and say yes to transformation. This episode is all about why coaching and teaching skills aren’t just for delivery — they’re the foundation of attraction, sales, and results.I’m breaking down what’s really happening inside the human brain and nervous system when someone is considering change, investing money, or committing to a new outcome — and why no script, funnel, or “perfect messaging” can replace true coaching mastery. We talk about why objections aren’t something to “handle,” why information alone doesn’t create transformation, and why being great at what you do isn’t enough if you don’t know how to help people actually move. This conversation was inspired by real conversations with clients and colleagues, and what I’m seeing across the coaching and online business space right now — especially in a market where trust, discernment, and results matter more than ever.If you want to build a business that feels ethical, sustainable, and genuinely effective — where people don’t just buy, but actually change — this episode is for you.In this episode, we explore:Why understanding human behavior is essential if you sell transformationHow resistance and objections actually work (and why scripts don’t)The difference between learning information and creating real outcomesWhy coaching and teaching skills impact attraction, sales, and deliveryHow people decide to invest — and what they really need to feel safe saying yesWhy “being good at marketing” isn’t enough if you can’t deliver resultsHow embodied expertise builds trust faster than tactics ever willThis episode is an invitation to raise the bar — not just in how you market or sell, but in how you serve, lead, and create change.Because businesses that last aren’t built on hacks. They’re built on skill, integrity, and knowing what your clients really need to get the results, outcomes and change they are looking for.If you want to learn more about what it takes to have a profitable coaching business, make sure to sign up for the free Profitable Coaching Business Bootcamp here. In this special coaching episode of Passionate & Prosperous, I coach Michael Barnes, a certified health and life coach in the early stages of building his coaching business.Michael came into the session wanting clarity around three things:where to focus his limited time and energy while working a full-time job, how to talk about his work without sounding “coachy,” and what it really looks like to embody being a coach — not turn it on and off depending on the room. What unfolded was a layered, honest coaching conversation where we got to the heart of what Michael actually does, who he’s uniquely positioned to help, and why his lived experience gives him what I call an unfair advantage — even if he hasn’t fully been using it yet. You’ll hear Michael have real-time breakthroughs around his messaging, his ideal client, and why people are already drawn to him — not because of his certifications, but because of who he is, how he lives, and the life he’s actively creating. We also talk about why clients don’t hire coaches because of polished language or perfect positioning — they hire us because they see us being, doing, or having something they want for themselves. And why sharing your story, your evolution, and your perspective isn’t optional if you want your work to land.In this episode, we cover:Why it’s important to know what outcomes and results your clients are really looking for (and not just what you think they want)How to stop hiding behind “coach language” and start speaking in a way that calls in your ideal clientsHow to leverage your unfair advantage — and why it’s a key to knowing your nicheWhat it really means to embody your work instead of trying to switch it on for marketingWhy people are drawn to coaches who are visibly living what they teachHow specificity (not being vague or universal) makes your message more powerfulMaking intentional choices about visibility and connection when you don’t have unlimited timeThis episode is a powerful reminder that business growth isn’t driven by finding the perfect script, niche sentence, or marketing formula. They’re built by developing your skills, taking action before you feel “ready,” and letting your lived experience lead the way.🔗 Ways to Work With Stacey & Free Resources💚 1:1 Coaching & MastermindBook your free Ultimate Impact Blueprint Session to explore private coaching or mastermind support and take your life and business to the next level.🌟 Passionate & Prosperous AcademyJoin the Academy for coaching, mentorship, and community designed to help you build and grow a transformational business without ads or complicated funnels—just powerful offers, relationships, and live delivery.📈 Free Resource: High-Converting Event PlaybookLearn how to create masterclasses, workshops, and talks that actually lead to clients (not crickets).💻 Free Mini-Course: Your Irresistible Signature 1:1 OfferFive simple steps to crafting a premium 1:1 offer your ideal clients are ready to say yes to.🧘 Passionate & Prosperous Manifestation Toolkit ($47)An exclusive toolkit featuring a 52-card affirmation deck and a guided journal with custom prompts to help you align, manifest, and take intentional action.Get Full Show Notes, Event Sign Ups and More Information Here:http://www.staceybrassrussell.com/podcast
Time is a construct and if you ask me, it’s magical. But, for so many people, managing time (and the lack of it) is incredibly stressful. If you’ve been telling yourself that you’re behind, that you lost momentum, or that something went wrong because you slowed down- this episode is for you.Today, I’m diving into one of the most common (and quietly destructive) patterns I see with entrepreneurs: turning time into proof that something is wrong with us.We replay the past, obsess about the future, and label ourselves “stuck” when we don’t know what to do next. And all the while, time itself stays exactly the same.In this episode, I break down why “I’m stuck” almost always just means “I don’t know what I should be doing,” how rest and pleasure get mislabeled as procrastination, and why you are the one who decided how long things are supposed to take in the first place.I also share personal examples from taking time off, to nourishing myself with art and beauty, to very real moments of procrastination and the questions I use to interrupt the spiral when I start questioning my pace, my progress, or myself. If you’ve been using time as a weapon against yourself, this episode will help you put it down.In This Episode, I Talk About:Why our brains struggle to stay in the present momentHow entrepreneurs make up timelines and then punish themselves for themThe difference between changing pace and losing momentumWhy not knowing what to do doesn’t mean you’re stuckTime, energy, and money as our three core resourcesHow rest, pleasure, and beauty actually support sustainable successThree powerful questions to reset your relationship with timeA reframe I want you to sit with: what if you’re always right on time?Get Full Show Notes, Event Sign Ups and More Information Here:http://www.staceybrassrussell.com/podcast
In this episode of Passionate & Prosperous, I’m sitting down with my friend Laura Belgray — OG in the online business world, Queen of storytelling, founder of Talking Shrimp, and author of Tough Titties — for a conversation that covers a lot of ground (on purpose!)Yes, we talk about email marketing — why your email list still matters, why emails don’t have to be boring or “salesy,” and how selling to your list can feel normal, relational, and very human. But I also wanted to give Laura the space to really share how she built her Passionate & Prosperous life and business. We get the inside scoop on Laura’s business evolution: what it was like in the early days of the online business space, figuring things out as she went, creating offers by listening closely to what people were responding to, and building a business by taking action, trusting her instincts, and being unapologetically herself. We also talk a lot about writing and storytelling and Laura shares her perspective on finding your voice, showing the journey as it unfolds, and why your emails (and content overall) get to sound like a real person wrote them. Frequency, consistency, trust, connection — it’s all part of the same ecosystem. If you care about building a business around what you’re actually good at, creating opportunities instead of waiting for permission, and leaning into relationships as a growth strategy, you’ll get a lot out of this one.In this episode, we talk about:Laura’s business evolution and what it really looked like to build as she wentThe early days of online business (and learning by doing)Why email lists are still one of the most valuable assets you haveSelling to your email list without making it weirdStorytelling, voice, and being unapologetically yourself in your writingHow consistency and frequency build familiarity and trustCreating offers by paying attention to real audience responseIn classic Passionate & Prosperous style, this episode is a reminder that there’s no formula for building a great business — it’s built by showing up, experimenting, trusting and being willing to take action before you know “how” it’s all going to turn out!Join Laura in NYC for her Bingeworthy Live Writing Retreat March 22 and 23, 2026!You can also connect with Laura through her website and on Instagram.Get Full Show Notes, Event Sign Ups and More Information Here.🔗 Ways to Work With Stacey & Free Resources💚 1:1 Coaching & MastermindBook your free Ultimate Impact Blueprint Session to explore private coaching or mastermind support and take your life and business to the next level.🌟 Passionate & Prosperous Academy Join the Academy for coaching, mentorship, and community designed to help you build and grow a transformational business without ads or complicated funnels—just powerful offers, relationships, and live delivery.📈 Free Resource: High-Converting Event PlaybookLearn how to create masterclasses, workshops, and talks that actually lead to clients (not crickets).💻 Free Mini-Course: Your Irresistible Signature 1:1 OfferFive simple steps to crafting a premium 1:1 offer your ideal clients are ready to say yes to.🧘 Passionate & Prosperous Manifestation Toolkit ($47)An exclusive toolkit featuring a 52-card affirmation deck and a guided journal with custom prompts to help you align, manifest, and take intentional action.

Even if you’re someone who “hates New Year’s”, the reality is that the end of the year offers us a real opportunity to reflect and make some empowered decisions about what we’d like to focus on and create in the year ahead and I’m sharing with you some of my favorite ways to get clear, intentional and pretty excited about what’s next!In true Stacey-style, I’m bringing the practical, down-to-earth real talk with a sprinkle of woo and magic — because creating the life and business you want takes both. This episode is a special collab conversation with my friend and fellow business mentor, Amber Lilyestrom — business coach, speaker, host of the Homeward podcast, and author/poet behind little big beautiful things and Master Your Money Mind. We’re talking about what it really means to build a right-sized, human-centric business in an industry that’s constantly pushing “bigger, faster, more.”Amber and I dig into scrappy entrepreneurship, high-touch containers, and designing offers that honor both your clients’ transformation and the actual life you want to be living. She shares candidly about her journey from traditional online business models into something more intimate, sustainable, and values-aligned, and we unpack what it looks like to scale what matters most instead of chasing every version of “more.”We also explore multidimensionality in your brand—letting all of who you are come through in your work—and how that impacts congruence, magnetism, money, and the way clients experience you.In this episode, we talk about:What a right-sized, human-centric business looks like in real life (beyond the buzzwords)Why high-touch, intimate containers can be more sustainable and satisfying than large, low-touch programsThe realities behind “scaling,” low-ticket launches, memberships, and volume-based models—and what most people don’t see behind the scenesHow Amber thinks about scaling what matters most: her clients’ outcomes, her creativity, her time, and her energyHow both of our backgrounds (Broadway and yoga studios for me, early scrappy entrepreneurship and big launches for Amber) shaped the way we think about business, money, and impactLetting yourself be the heart of the business instead of trying to disappear behind systems, funnels, or “passive” everythingMultidimensionality in a personal brand—bringing your creativity, quirks, and other passions into your work instead of keeping everything compartmentalizedWhy the work of helping clients make money and grow their businesses goes far beyond strategy and into identity, mindset, and who you’re willing to be as the leader of your businessIf you’ve been craving real talk about business models, “scaling,” sustainability, and building something that actually feels like you, this conversation will feel like a deep exhale and a powerful reminder that you’re allowed to build a right-sized business that scales what matters most to you.Connect with Amber on Instagram at @amberlilyestrom, listen to her podcast Homeward, and check out her poetry collection little big beautiful things and her program ELEVATE.Get Full Show Notes, Event Sign Ups and More Information Here:http://www.staceybrassrussell.com/podcast
As we move toward the end of the year, many of us are in reflection and vision mode—looking back at what 2025 has been and thinking ahead to what we want 2026 to look and feel like in our businesses and lives. In this episode, I’m talking about one of the most important (and often misunderstood) pieces of that conversation: content creation.I break down what “content” really is for a transformational, service-based business—not just posts on social media, not just a reel here and there—and why, going into 2026, you’re going to need content that is deeper, more intentional, and more aligned with your genius than ever before. We look at content as the foundation of your marketing, business strategy, and client attraction, and get honest about the kind of content you actually need if you want to grow a sustainable, prosperous coaching business.I also talk about the difference between paying for leads with ads and building your business through organic visibility, and why—even if you love the idea of “using other people’s audiences”—you still need your own thought leadership, frameworks, and offers to stand on.You’ll hear me connect this to my Yellow Brick Road client attraction system (ATTRACT–SERVE–CONVERT) and to my Genius Edge framework, because at the end of the day, everything from your offers to your workshops, talks, podcast, and live events is content. If you want 2026 to be different from 2025 in terms of revenue, reach, and impact, you’re going to have to create different content to get you there. In this episode, we explore:The difference between paid lead generation (ads) and organic visibility—and what that actually looks like in a coaching / service-based businessWhy reels and social media posts alone are not a content or client attraction strategy, especially if you sell higher-ticket, high-touch servicesHow to think about offers as content, and why your offer needs to be a sexy, transformational journey (not just a list of sessions or modules)The role of high-value, longer-form content—talks, workshops, masterclasses, podcasts, live events—in building authority, trust, and real relationships with your ideal clientsHow your content strategy supports my Yellow Brick Road framework (ATTRACT–SERVE–CONVERT) at every step of your client pathway, from first touch to “yes”A simple reverse-engineering process to look at what you want in 2026 (income, visibility, lifestyle, impact) and identify the content you’ll need to create to make it possibleWhy 2026 will require you to “up-level” both your content game and your delivery skills—and how this connects to Your Genius Edge and my upcoming Serve & Deliver programThis episode is here to help you see your business through the lens of content: your offers, your message, your visibility, your thought leadership, your live experiences, and the way you invite people into your world. If you’re dreaming bigger for 2026, this conversation will help you get honest about what you’ll need to create—and how to start mapping that out now.Get Full Show Notes, Event Sign Ups and More Information Here:http://www.staceybrassrussell.com/podcast
We’re back with one of the most loved formats on Passionate & Prosperous: a real coaching session you get to listen in on and apply to your own business. In this episode, I’m coaching Caryn Bothman, a midlife coach and founder of Midlife Mama Co., who supports women navigating the transitions of midlife, empty nests, aging parents, and the “where did I go?” feeling that so many women have at this stage. Caryn is passionate about women’s empowerment, personal development, and creating community through workshops, retreats, and in-person connection, but like many newer entrepreneurs, she’s feeling the tension between all the things she could do and what will actually build a sustainable coaching business. We dig into where to focus first, how to think strategically about one-on-one coaching vs. group programs and workshops, and what it really takes to attract clients when you don’t have a big audience yet. We talk about audience growth, list-building, lead magnets, email marketing, social media, and personal outreach, and why repetition in your messaging is not only allowed, it’s required. If you’ve ever wondered, “Should I be doing more on social? A group program? A workshop? Where do clients even come from?” this conversation is going to feel like sitting in on a private business and marketing strategy session for your own coaching practice. In this coaching session, we dive into:How to reverse engineer your business by starting with what you actually want (income, lifestyle, and how you like to work) and building your offer strategy from thereWhy it’s usually smarter to focus on one-on-one coaching first before launching group programs, memberships, and paid workshopsThe real role of workshops, talks, and live events in a profitable coaching business (and why they often work best as visibility + client attraction tools more than primary revenue streams)How to think about audience growth, lead magnets, and email list growth so you have people to invite into your offersWhy only a small percentage of your social media followers ever see your posts—and what that means about being “redundant” with your content, invitations, and calls to actionThe power of personal outreach, DM voice notes, and actual conversations in signing clients (instead of hoping a post, funnel, or sales page does all the work)How to structure discovery calls, follow-ups, and intentional communication so you’re not accidentally coaching for free and then leaving people to talk themselves out of getting supportIf you’re a coach or service-based entrepreneur in the earlier stages of your business—especially if you love the idea of in-person workshops, retreats, and community experiences—this episode will help you see the order of operations that actually creates a steady, prosperous coaching business. You’ll also hear us talk about what it looks like to build your “yellow brick road” of offers and touchpoints over time, so that everything you do—social media, email, workshops, personal outreach, and discovery calls—works together to attract, nurture, and convert the right clients in a grounded, human way.Get Full Show Notes, Event Sign Ups and More Information Here:http://www.staceybrassrussell.com/podcast
We’re celebrating a major milestone on Passionate & Prosperous: 200 episodes and 4 years of conversations about what it really means to build a transformational, service-based business and a purposeful, prosperous life.I started this show during the pandemic, at a moment when everything in the world felt uncertain and unstable. And as I reflect back on these four years—through all the shifts in the industry, the economy, technology, visibility, marketing, and our personal lives—what stands out the most is how the core principles I believed on day one have remained completely true today. The ideas I’ve always taught about service, connection, leadership, visibility, mastery, and the long game of building a meaningful business have not changed. They aren’t tied to trends or algorithms. They are timeless foundations of sustainable, prosperous entrepreneurship—the kind that holds steady no matter what’s happening in the world around us. These philosophies are as relevant now, heading into 2026, as they were when this show began in 2020.To honor this milestone, I’m sharing 10 things I still believe deeply about business and service—concepts that have shaped this show from the beginning, supported my clients across every stage of growth, and continue to guide what it looks like to build a business that lasts. These aren’t tied to strategies or seasons; they’re the perspectives and principles that actually matter when you’re creating a sustainable, human-centered business that thrives through change. In this milestone episode, we explore:The enduring principles of transformational entrepreneurship that remain constant even as the world shiftsWhat continues to matter most in service, visibility, connection, relationship-building, and client attractionHow to stay grounded, focused, and resilient within a fast-moving, often noisy online landscapeWhy foundational philosophies always outlast tactics, trends, and algorithm-driven strategiesHow these 10 things have guided the show from its beginnings during the pandemic through every stage of evolutionThe mindset, energy, and leadership needed for long-term sustainability, growth, and prosperityWhat it really means to build a business anchored in mastery, purpose, values, and human transformationEpisode 200 is both a celebration of how far we’ve come and a reaffirmation of the deeper principles behind building a Passionate & Prosperous business. These ideas have carried this show—and this community—through four years of change, and they continue to point us toward what’s possible now, in 2026, and for many years to come.Get Full Show Notes, Event Sign Ups and More Information Here:http://www.staceybrassrussell.com/podcast

After wrapping Passionate & Prosperous LIVE 2025—our fourth annual event—I realized something that every entrepreneur and high achiever needs to hear: basking and celebrating aren’t luxuries, they’re strategy. This week’s episode of Passionate & Prosperous is about the part of entrepreneurship that doesn’t get talked about enough—the space after the big thing. The launch, the event, the win. The part where you stop, breathe, and let yourself feel what you created before rushing into what’s next.Because when you give yourself time to celebrate and integrate your accomplishments, you’re not losing momentum—you’re actually building it. Reflection and celebration are how you leverage your results into confidence, creativity, and sustainable business growth. In this episode, I’m sharing my reflections from this year’s event and what it taught me about:Why basking and celebrating are essential to long-term successHow to reframe stress as evidence of expansion rather than something to fixThe importance of creating space for recovery, reflection, and integration in businessWhy celebration and self-care are both leadership and growth strategiesHow to build a business model that honors your energy, not just your ambitionWhether you’ve just come off a big launch, hosted an event, or reached a personal milestone, this episode will remind you that integration is momentum—and that every accomplishment deserves to be received, celebrated, and remembered.Get Full Show Notes, Event Sign Ups and More Information Here:http://www.staceybrassrussell.com/podcast

Let’s talk about something that every coach, creative, and entrepreneur secretly fears: critics and reviews. This episode was inspired by (who else?) Taylor Swift. When The Life of a Showgirl dropped last week, my feed exploded with reviews—some glowing, some downright vicious. And as I was sipping my coffee and scrolling through the noise, I found myself thinking a lot about what it means to show up, be visible, and share your work when you know not everyone’s going to like it.Because here’s the truth: they won’t.I’ve been dealing with critics since I was ten years old—starting on Broadway, where a single bad review could close a show. Then later as a yoga teacher and studio owner, reading someone’s nasty Yelp post about my class being “too alignment-based.” And now as a business and life coach, I see it every day: brilliant entrepreneurs holding themselves back because they’re scared of what someone might think. In this episode, I’m sharing:Why the fear of judgment and rejection keeps so many entrepreneurs from growing their businessWhat Taylor Swift and Billy Joel can teach us about resilience, artistry, and creative longevityThe difference between constructive critique and destructive criticism—and why most haters aren’t qualified to judge your workHow to build the mindset and self-trust that keep you grounded and confident in your businessWhy you can’t and shouldn’t be for everyone—and how niching down actually gives you more freedom and fulfillmentThe more passionate you are about your work, the scarier it can feel to put it out there. But this is me reminding you that your business will grow faster when you stop trying to please everyone and focus on the people who are truly for you.If you’ve ever struggled with visibility, rejection, or the fear of being judged, this episode will help you take a deep breath, stay in your lane, and keep showing up for the clients and community who get it.Get Full Show Notes, Event Sign Ups and More Information Here:http://www.staceybrassrussell.com/podcast
When most of us start our coaching or service-based business, we’re fired up to help people—not thinking about branding, messaging, or how to stand out online. Building a successful coaching business takes more than certifications, social media posts, or the “perfect” funnel. It takes confidence, resilience, and a willingness to face the messy truth of what it really means to be a coach and entrepreneur. In this week’s episode of Passionate & Prosperous, I’m joined by Carey Peters—six-time founder, multi-million-dollar business builder, and co-founder of the Health Coach Institute—for a deep dive into the realities of coaching, entrepreneurship, and the mindset shifts that new (and experienced) coaches need to succeed.Carey shares openly about the fears and doubts she faced early on, and gives us a glimpse into how she didn’t begin as the master coach who would go on to certify thousands of health and life coaches—but built her confidence, expertise, and businesses step by step. Together, we dig into the real journey—because building confidence in your coaching, your business, and yourself doesn’t happen overnight. It happens in the mess.We talk about:✨ Why information isn’t transformation—and what actually makes coaching valuable✨ The visibility fears every coach faces (yes, even seasoned performers)✨ Why niche is non-negotiable (and why it evolves over time)✨ The messy but necessary “testing” phase of business growth✨ The difference between investing in your skills vs. investing in your business✨ How to know when resistance is fear—and when it’s misalignment✨ Why conversations—not funnels—are still the foundation of a thriving coaching business✨ The six things Carey believes every coach must master to succeed now and in the futureThis episode is part encouragement, part reality check, and part masterclass in what it really takes to grow a coaching business that lasts. If you’ve ever thought, “Am I cut out for this?” or worried you’re somehow behind, you need this episode.
