And this episode I share a lot about some of the struggles that I have faced and still struggle to it today about my identity and learning to not find my identity and the hats that I wear, and the roles that I play, but instead, I find my identity in Christ, and what he says about me. I want to encourage you with this word to remind you that you were not alone and to not fight by yourself, but learn to fight in God’s presence. We have to confess truth over ourselves!

In this episode, we talk about the importance of knowing our voice as an authority. We don't have to be misunderstood when we speak, God has called us to speak with His authority and to be bold and courageous about what we have to say. When we are secure in our identity in Christ then we can speak with His authority. Key Takeaways: We find our authority in Christ as we submit under God's authority. God didn't call us to be timid or to have a spirit of fear but to have a sound mind and to speak boldly and courageous. You have a message and what you say matters. As women, we carry a different type of influence and authority. The biggest obstacle that holds us back from using our voice as an authority is our own insecurity. You have to be self-aware of what is triggering your insecurity and get to the root of it and start implementing the opposite of where your insecurity comes from. Be careful of where you're drawing your security from, is your security in the opinion of others, or is it in God's truth? Out of the mouth, the heart speaks and what is in your heart is what you will speak out. What you speak over your life is what you will believe. Take a moment to take responsibility for the words that you speak and recognize how to speak against the voices of the enemy. Start with baby steps and start taking your thoughts captive and aligning them with the word of God. The enemy's voice has no value to you, so stop listening to what He is telling you and start sowing the word of God in your heart. When you're speaking the word of God you're already speaking with power and authority. The truth is what will set us free from our insecurities.  Start meditating on what the word of God says and start sowing them into your heart. Visions of GOLD is our call to action for you to start taking steps towards your vision. You are not alone, we all need community and healthy relationships. You don't have to be discontent with where you are, you can envision a greater fulfilled life that God has intended for you to live. This weeks' vision of gold:  Write down the top 3 insecurities that you struggle and face when it comes to using your voice as an authority and write out what the word of God says about it and focus on God's truth. In this episode, we talk about the Waiting Season and learning how to use discernment when you're in the in-between season. What do you do in the waiting season and how do you stay still in God's timing? You'll hear some personal stories of how we had to learn to let God lead the way and how we have to activate our faith to trust God with our season and the vision that He is trusting us with.  Key Takeaways: The waiting season is the in-between season where we must learn how to be still with God and to trust Him and activate our faith. We need to learn how to prepare ourselves when we're waiting. It's just like training for a marathon and being disciplined in training our mindsets and our spirits to be able to handle the seasons that are coming. We are a seed that needs to be planted in good soil and in its due time, it will reap a ripe harvest. Know which type of season you're in based on what God is speaking to you. Embrace the process of seed, time, and harvest. Celebrate how far you've come and where you're not where you used to be. If you're in a valley season, you're not alone in the valley God is sitting right next to you in the valley carrying you through the valley. When you going through a process you're moving and progressing even when it doesn't feel like it, you're still growing.  It's okay to have more vision than you have provision because God will always bring you provision for the vision. As much as we have to trust God with our vision, God also has to trust us with His vision to nurture it and be good stewards of it. Visions of GOLD is our call to action for you to start taking steps towards your vision. You are not alone, we all need community and healthy relationships. You don't have to be discontent with where you are, you can envision a greater fulfilled life that God has intended for you to live. This weeks' vision of gold: Write down what season you are in during the process of seed, time, and harvest, and then write down one thing that you can trust God within this season. In this episode, you will get to hear some personal stories and tips on how to identify what hurdles you are facing and how to overcome them. Hurdles can be obstacles that restrict us from moving forward. Key Takeaways:  Hurdles- are obstacles and opposition that we face that can be bigger than us. Before you can overcome your hurdles, you have to identify what the hurdles are and where they are rooted from and where it all started. Don't focus so much on the next season that you miss out on the season that you're in right now. Don't allow yourself to have unrealistic expectations. The first step to overcoming a hurdle is to face them and talk to someone who is on your wise counsel about it. We have to learn how to surrender the hurdles that we cannot control to God so that He can give you that peace that you need.  One of the biggest hurdles we face is ourselves and our identity and how we are fulfilled and where we get our fulfillment from. We were created in God's image and nothing else, God has created us to be unique and set apart, when we identify ourselves with everything but God we will always be unfulfilled and discontent. Encouraging verses to help you overcome hurdles Psalms 23 and Philippians 4:6-7. God is LOVE and He gives unconditional love, He loves you just as you are when we receive GODS LOVE then we can truly be fulfilled. The best way to start overcoming your hurdles is to write out your thoughts and prayers and be vulnerable with God, He knows your heart and is always there. Start having conversations with God and be open with Him. Start taking the step of faith and praying aloud and seeking God and give him your hurdles. In this episode, I share how to confront past hurts and wounds that we didn’t know were there. I talk about how to identify them and confront them so that you can fully heal from them. What we don’t confront, we won’t conquer. In order to heal we need to expose the pain and not just put a band aid on it expecting it to fully heal. It’s going to take faith and forgiveness for complete healing. The first step to healing is to find the source of that pain and what pain is being triggered the most.  What is causing you pain? Why is it causing you pain? Identify what those triggers are and what are cousin those open wounds to hurt again. We have to find the root cause of that pain, the first sign of a trigger is when we have a disporportion reaction for something that was small, we overreact on something that shouldn’t cause us to over react.  Allow those moments for you to pause and recognize the emotion behind the over reaction and be honest with yourself.  Expose the wounds that have hurt you and learn to break the toxic cycle of negativity.  Proverbs 17:22 “A cheerful heart is good medicine.” The joy comes from being in God’s presence it is the joy of the Lord that gives us strength. Healing is a process and a journey. Its going to take faith and forgiveness to fully heat. Faith is what we need to believe that Christ can heal us and we need to forgive those that caused us pain and forgive ourselves. In this episode, I get to share my journey of an unexpected season. It can be scary and uncomfortable to step into a new season that is unfamiliar. The challenge of a new unexpected season is the word, unexpected. You don’t what to expect when it's all new to you, and you're rolling with the punches. Your perspective and priorities change and there has to be an adjustment to your normal routine and your normal thought process. Things in your life will have to adapt the this unexpected season. It doesn’t necessarily mean that it is going to be negative that is why it’s important to go into it with an open mind and an open heart. You’re evolving with it and growing organically and naturally whether you realize it or not. When youre facing the fire and hitting the wall you have to fight for the truth.  Take time to check your mindset pattern. Your old patterns cannot conform to the new patterns if you’re still stuck in an old pattern. Be aware of what you’re confessing to yourself.  Remember what God said and promised you.  People lose their way when they lose their why. Let the word of God be a lamp unto your feet in the midst of darkness. When you walk in an unexpected season you will face unfamiliar territory and you have to hold onto God’s truth and what you know. When we’re facing the trials of life and are going through a rut we need to stop asking why and start asking “who” who do we go to for comfort and counsel and “what” do we know to be true?  At the end of the day, God’s plan and purposes will always prevail. When your season changes remember where you are rooted.  Plant deep roots into God’s word and His presence so that you can withstand any storm.
