Hey, Mark here. Today, let's talk about Behaviours that Are Associated with Increased Happiness. Happy people are not all identical, yet they are comparable.  These parallels give an excellent road map for paving one's own path to happiness in their own life. People who are happy share a lot of the same behaviours.  If you can include these practices in your daily routine, it stands to reason that you will also be able to have a happy life. You can't just wait around for happiness to find you. It's something that you have to put some effort into.
Is there a way to ensure a good night's sleep? According to experts, most people sleep about one-third of their lives in bed. The therapeutic effects of sleep on your body and mind are priceless, so it makes sense to maximise your time in bed. Take a closer look at how you usually wind down each day. Examine your routine from the minute you enter the house until you close your eyes at night. The objective is to become more self-aware to determine whether your actions are causing sleep disruptions. I've also included the affirmation I Sleep 8 Hours a night. When it comes to topics such as free time, those of us who don't work in the traditional sense, i.e. a nine to five job, whether by choice or because we have to due to a medical condition, may find that we are in an unusual position. Of course, if you have "put in your hours," you most definitely deserve some time to yourself; however, what if you haven't? Well, in my opinion, everybody should take time out to pursue a hobby, interest and definitely something that's not work-related. Here are 10 characteristics of happy people. Something for you to aim for and turn things around. We tend to notice a happy person from a mile away because it’s so rare to find someone who exudes genuine and lasting happiness. It’s just something they give off that makes you think they never let the struggles of life get them. Is there a secret to happiness? Not likely; however, people who are happier seem to understand that life is what you make it. So, I’m going to share with you what I think are 10 traits or characteristics of happy people, including myself.
Should we let the daily challenges that come our way interfere with the core values that then stop us from being happy with what we have? Absolutely not! It is up to all of us to carve out a life we can be proud to live.
No one enters a relationship expecting to become a negative statistic. Relationships can be hard work, but there are many things you can do to enhance the odds of success. The little things matter. Small gestures and habits lead to success.
