For our first episode of February, we thought we would just sit down and chat about our favorite things: skincare and makeup! We touch upon the benefits of keeping your skincare cold, other benefits of cold showers/baths/etc., take a pop quiz on makeup expiration dates, and a candid update on Torrie's facial happenings. We finish off our chat discussing the benefits of an anti-inflammatory diet, and while we're not into detoxing, Torrie may embark on a non-gluten journey.
