Eoin moved to Jacksonville in 2014 to be part of the Springs Church. Prior to that, Eoin served as a Youth Pastor in Cork Church, Ireland and also as a Nation Youth Director. Eoin became the Senior Pastor of the Springs Church in 2020 by unanimous decision after the founding Pastor, John Bailey, accepted a position at World Challenge in Colorado.
