In this episode I talk about the importance of Reparenting yourself. It is an essential step on the healing journey for Sensitives!
What we internalize as Sensitive Children is still informing how we are showing up for ourselves as adults, the choices we make and the paths we take. Reparenting is SUCH an important piece of learning how to love and accept yourself as a Sensitive! SUCH a beautiful opportunity to meet the needs you had as a Sensitive Child that weren't seen or understood. This is part of Inner Child Work, and it's both empowering and transformative.
Listen to this episode for some tips on how to reparent yourself, start to reprogram some of the limiting beliefs your younger self internalized, and embrace your Sensitivity as the Superpower it can be!
