It’s officially the end of an era. In this episode, I’m sharing what’s been on my heart since becoming Leo’s mama — the push and pull between being fully present with him and fully showing up for the work I love. I built this business dreaming of the day I’d have a baby… but no one prepares you for how different “being there” and truly being present really are.
I’ve always moved fast. I came into the world two months early, finished college and my master’s at lightning speed, and climbed the corporate ladder until I crowned myself CEO at 27. But motherhood changed everything. Time is now a thousand times more valuable. Every second with Leo matters, and every second away needs to mean something.
So I’m choosing a new way forward. A slower, deeper, more intentional rebuild — one that allows me to be the present mother I want to be and the woman who shows her son what it looks like to chase big God-given dreams.
This is where everything shifts.
