We have overcome alot but we haven’t had the strength ! We have been making it but we want to feel good while doing it what we love, have the patience to get through relationships, bonding, friendship, even if you riding and a car cut you off, the disrespect we are around but want to be a positive atmosphere, or just being able to have the determination to make it without feel overwhelmed! We completed the 21 day Challenge how on to the 30 day Medication, Mind and Motivation! We have so much going on that we need to be able to be thankful for the good and over come things we didn’t feel we could. Don’t give up 29 days to go we can and we will !!

Being able to have a guilty conscience make you feel low and can’t be yourself at all! Release the guilt and make things better it can be good or the other person express themselves and you can release.
