The evening promises laughter, honest kōrero around midlife and menopause, raffles, a silent auction, and plenty of community spirit – all while raising funds to support the vital work of the Centre. Chrissie talks to Rore Morgan, a former Nelson College Student and co-founder of Savvy Spenders, a financial literacy venture creating engaging tools like a card game to help young people learn about money. Along side his team mate Milo Coldren, Rore has been leading development of the game, which focuses on budgeting, saving, investing, and smart spending.
