There's a lot to know about safety equipment that will help you ensure you're as safe as possible in the event of a fall or other accident.  Catherine will answer questions like:   - What should I look for in a helmet and vest?  - How can I determine if my helmet and vest fit properly?  - When should I wear a protective vest? An airvest? Both?  - Which riders should not be using an airvest?  - What clothing is acceptable to use with an airvest?  - When should I replace my safety equipment?  - What are the most common mistakes riders make when it comes to safety equipment?   These are critical questions, and we feel confident you'll learn something important from Catherine during this Office Hours.   👉 More info about Ride iQ Office Hours:    Office Hours are weekly, live virtual events centered around important and fun equestrian topics.
