FREE events attract a much larger number of registrations to your events and invites anyone available to attend. But when someone hasn't laid out cash for their ticket, their commitment is low and they are less likely to show up to your event. This can make it pretty difficult to plan an event when you don't know how many people may show up on the day of your event. In this episode, we will be talking with Zoe Perkins @ Vodka on Toast about the pros and cons of free vs. paid events and how we can reduce the no-shows at our free events. We will be discussing whether free events attract more interest than paid events, people's attitudes and engagement at free events, how to manage numbers when it's a free event and you anticipate dropout, regional differences in dropout numbers, and how we can reduce the dropout at free events.
