I sit with Keeton Myles as we discuss the ins and outs of healing in real time. This episode starts season 3. Welcome to the Sweet Life!
Before you walk into any room, know that you’re the universe in 1 drop. My favorite quote by Henry Ford is, “Whether you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right!”
You got this! Go in peace!
Here’s a quickie for motivation while you’re on your way! I hope it blesses you like it blessed me.
Season 2 brings changes that I hope blesses you as it blesses me. We’ll have quickies posted throughout the week to help you get through your day. I’ve lived life with mistakes and still believed God loves little ‘ole me; I’m creating a place where people can feel the same.
On Thursdays at 9pm we’ll go live on Facebook and Instagram to laugh, talk and find new reasons to live freed. Anyone can join, it’s Wild ‘N Out revamped. I want you to walk away with a smile on your face and more love in your heart for self that overflows to those in your house 1st and then everyone you encounter.
As a human, naturally you want to support and help others. When you feel it’s your calling the measure of expectation can be draining. Jennifer Brown discusses how she’s kept internal peace and stayed effective in both child welfare and hospice. She dropped nuggets and I’m glad I was able to learn and share. Let me know your favorite.
I’ve imagined being a woman who would marry her purpose mate. Being connected to someone who follows God and impacts the community while leaving a love legacy for our children, is success to me. I sit with KJ Myles and we talk about exchanging ego for vulnerability in order to make legacy happen.
I speak with Israel United in Christ located in OK. We could’ve talked another hour about how Black men have lost their way and how Black women have been strategically placed as the head of the household. Grab a few nuggets and let me know what you think.
In love there is no condemnation, but freedom to just be. I sit with Daniel & his daughter Abigail and we discuss how, as her father he pursued who pursued her hand in marriage. This helped to increase her safe space.
I sit with Taquilla Arnett, a wonderful wife of 9 years and mother, who’s an entrepreneur. She’s changed how she looks at life to live a soft life. When things get hard, something’s not being done right. A soft life, partner communication and parenting are all discussed in this episode. Sis drops priceless nuggets! Let me know what you think.
I wish greater came without a fight, but it doesn’t. It hurts to stay where you are and sometimes it hurts to keep going; get a reward for it. We’re talking self discipline; a recommendation from the tribe. I dare say, self-sabotage, self doubt, and procrastination all stand between you and what you want. Hold your core and your heart to the sky, you got this! We have this.
The question of life is, is the glass half full or half empty? Then I started to wonder, well who poured the water anyway? I didn’t set the glass in front of me. And I can’t run away from the glass, because it has my name on it, to bless me. I can live without many things, but since I can’t live without water, can I speak the one who poured to water? Thank you for life as You’ve given it to me, whether half empty or full. I can handle a full glass sir. Can you fill me up? I hope that where you are in life, you hear my words and my testimony to not only look at life’s imperfections as good, but ask for more so you can get everything out of life that was meant for you! Life is what you make it. Make it beautiful.
As women we have the tendency to mother everything, when that’s the very thing that robs us of receiving everything we want. That’s just one nugget from my chat with Dezz Got Steeze! Check it out and let me know what you think.
I sit with my Mom & Daddy G. My mother is the epitome of the Proverbs 31 woman and honors her husband. Daddy G keeps the family grounded while they bridge 2 families together to one. There is covering on the man that falls on the woman. Free nuggets to grab!
I sit with Jamal & Brittany as they question me on my why and share nuggets they’ve learned along the way. Like my Daddy always said, “Feed what’s feeding you.”
My tribe keeps me going! I sit down with Calvin & Aletha. We uncovered a lot from continuing traditions, to keeping peace separately and together and deciding to stay a family once a child is added to the equation. Let me know what you think in the comments.
Tune into my conversations with my tribe as we challenge life's experiences to make sure our life is everything God designed. #speaklife
