Dana and David are back—this time confronting the undeniable truth that they may have the worst shoe game in all of comedy. From there, they debate who’s had more emails: Epstein or Dana. Fresh off presenting at the Grammys, Marcello Hernández (aka SNL’s Domingo) joins the guys in studio. He shares what it was like chatting backstage with Queen Latifah, his love for Olivia Dean’s music, and how surreal the whole Grammys experience was. Then it’s all Saturday Night Live: the origins of Domingo, how Marcello landed his first sketch, and the biggest on-air bomb he and Dana ever shared. They also get into whether Marcello texts with Lorne Michaels and who could possibly take over when he retires. Plus, the guys get a Spanish lesson for the ages. Dana and David are back rocking their wildest hair yet. David kicks things off with golfing stories alongside Jon Lovitz, receiving a CRAZY drunk midnight text, and witnessing the biggest French loaf he’s ever seen on television (it’ll make sense once you tune in). Dana then dives into recent revelations around AI and Sydney Sweeney’s new underwear line, Syrn, before they jump into the news with riveting stories like why escort demand is skyrocketing. And FINALLY, they decide what Fly On The Wall fans should officially be called. The guys welcome Bert Kreischer into the studio. They cover Dana’s unhinged diet, how to drink like Bert without wrecking your next day, and how young Bert cleverly locked in job security at comedy clubs before anyone knew his name. Bert also breaks down his rules for recording a comedy special and what it actually means to “hack” comedy. And in perhaps the most important reveal of all—Bert explains how his dad knew Pete Davidson not because of SNL… but for a very different reason. You’ll want to hear that part. From there, they go full inside baseball: their upcoming Netflix Is a Joke show, the real impact of test screenings on movies, the biggest laughs Tommy Boy got initially versus what audiences ended up loving, and why Jordan Peele quit acting altogether. Plus, other news along the way. To learn more about listener data and our privacy practices visit: https://www.audacyinc.com/privacy-policy Learn more about your ad choices. Dana and David waste no time diving into awards season—starting with the most important question of all: were the reigning champions of iHeart’s Best Comedy Podcast nominated again this year… or not? The answer remains murky, despite what The Hollywood Reporter claims. From there, they break down the Golden Globes and how hard Nikki Glaser crushed it, which jokes David tried to sneak into the show. Also, the guys debate whether walking up stairs is exercise or not. And best of all, Joe Dirt lives! You’ll have to listen to find out what that means. The guys welcome Mr. Wonderful himself—Kevin O’Leary—fresh off his first major acting role in Josh Safdie’s Marty Supreme. Kevin breaks down why he wanted to do more than just spank Timothée Chalamet’s butt in the film (alternate ending, anyone?), how the now-iconic vampire line came to be, and what surprised him most about stepping onto a movie set. Plus, he reflects on his years of Shark Tank, what it’s really like hanging out with Mark Cuban and Barbara Corcoran, and drops some business wisdom that goes completely over Dana and David’s heads. Dana and David jump on to celebrate Dana’s 43rd wedding anniversary—but let’s be honest, the real milestone is ANOTHER deep dive into Housemaid, now that David has finally seen it. From there, the guys mark the one-year anniversary of the LA fires and ask the big question: where did all the money actually go? Along the way: audition survival tips, why Love Island: Moon would be the greatest reality show ever, their very official takes on modern art, and news! Dana and David welcome Teri Hatcher for a candid, funny cruise through it all: she tells the wild story of tagging along to a Love Boat audition—and booking the role over her best friend—shares what she splurged on when the money finally hit, and opens up about dating and how she’s finding her way into comedy. Teri explains how Lois & Clark made acting feel like a real career, drops stories from hosting SNL and leading Desperate Housewives, and—true to form—jokes about feeling like a “hick,” having an “average vagina,” and why her boobs are “real and spectacular” (even if Jerry Seinfeld isn’t convinced). Dana and David kick off the new year with bold predictions for 2026 and a rundown of their favorite movies from 2025. Along the way, David vents about Amazon, the guys react to the latest headlines—including George Clooney becoming a French citizen, the infamous swag gag, and how their skiing adventures somehow went viral (???). Dana’s infamous cutouts are back, the guys explain why money is no longer an issue, and the chaos is dialed all the way up. Packed with sound effects, side tangents, and plenty of laughs, this episode kicks off the year in true Dana & David fashion. I lived in a shotgun house in the middle 90's in key west, I had a really black co-tenant he had a completely identical accent to Tony Montanya in Scarface. So the accent Is authentic! IMO

David I've always loved you your comedy, humility, Joe Dirt--everything you've ever done. Couldn't be at the Connor Palace recently but on the Womp podcast you acted like you were performing in the Cleveland Clinic. I don't understand because it's so far from Playhouse Square in Cleveland. OH sucks but Ctown doesn't 😉I hope you liked Cleveland.

Never knew who Tony was until this podcast. Love you guys, and now I see Tony is from Cleveland, went to high school 20 minutes from me. Sadly that means he must be a Cleveland sports fan. Especially our beleaguered Brownies🙄🤣. Thanks for this pod, can't wait to subscribe to Kill Tony and listen to Carrot Top-- love him too.
