Description

At 21 years old, my business went bankrupt - fast forward 10 years later, and I built a 7-figure business in just 12 months, all off the back of my personal brand. And I'm not alone. In this podcast, I peer behind the curtain of some of the biggest personal brands - and entrepreneurs of today. We rift on their challenges, their failures, their lessons and wins... and I know you'll get as much value from listening to these conversations as I had from having them.

This week I am looking back at a conversation I had with Elfried Samba - the CEO of Butterfly 3ffect, a leading social media agency focused on connecting brands to culture and delivering industry-leading marketing. In this episode, Elfried shares how he revolutionised Gymshark's online presence, playing a pivotal role in growing its fitness community to 20 million within seven years. Elfried also shares his thoughts on university, moving away from his work with Gymshark, building a legacy, the importance of personal branding, and more. This episode was recorded over a year ago and since then Butterfly 3ffect has gone from strength to strength, working with Netflix, McDonalds, Cheesecake Factory, and more! I loved looking back at this conversation I had with Elfried and seeing how far he's come with what was a relatively new venture at the time.If you enjoyed this episode, please give us a follow and share it with someone who might also find it useful and subscribe over on YouTube where you can watch full video versions of the podcast and check out more of my content.Want to BOOST your personal brand for less than the price of a coffee a day?
