The reason a huge crowd welcomed Jesus into Jerusalem on that first Palm Sunday was because of what Jesus did a few weeks prior. Do you know what He did? And do you know what it meant? Listen to find out more.
God invites us out of shallow faith and into a deeper hunger for Him that opens us to the filling of the Holy Spirit. Through the wilderness stories of Israel and Jesus, we see how desire, surrender, and honest dependence shape spiritual depth. As we cultivate hunger and clear distractions, we can experience true spiritual renewal.

When Joseph arrives in Egypt, Genesis 39 tells us he is sold as a slave to a man named Potiphar who is the Chief of the Royal Police. In six short verses, we see four ways that God cares about Joseph. God gives Joseph protection, His presence, prosperity, and a promotion in the house of Potiphar.
In Genesis 37, we see that Joseph experiences the favoritism of his father, the hatred of his brothers, and the providential care of God.
As we start our journey through the life of Joseph, we see early on that he grew in a wildly dysfunctional family. Yet, God was raising him up to help save the lives of millions of people.
Through all of the ups and downs in David's life, he clings to the promises of God. In the end, God comes through on His promises, like He always does. We hope this comes as a great encouragement to you as you turn into the new year.

In Galatians 5, Paul begins to describe the free life God wants for us. We were set free to be free - and to use that freedom to selflessly serve others.
Paul tells an old, allegorical story to the Galatians to help them see a few spiritual truths. He wants them to see that everything is best when it's left in God's hands rather than taking matters into our own.

Because We Know God…

Because we know God, we cannot live the same lives we did beforehand. Our salvation doesn't require our obedience, but our salvation produces it. We cannot stay the same.
We are no longer orphans without a home nor bondservants who are obligated to a debt to their master. Instead, if we believe in Jesus, we're children of God, adopted fully into his family.
