This isn't a movie review podcast. Here we look at the cultural significance of what I call "white movies". Some of you may ask what is a white movie? Most American made movies are white movies. Made for and by white people. If you have trouble with that just think about what you would call a Black movie and why and then reverse it. White culture is so often overlooked, but movies are an artform that reflects culture and peoples thoughts and feelings about life. So what are these white movies saying about life and the people in America? That's what we're here to investigate.

Ugh, movies are crazy now. I hate that I have to type (2025) with the title. Maybe this should have had a different title? I don't know, but I do know that Superman is a white movie and an enjoyable one. Can't help but wonder why everyone was so chill at Superman gettin' worked, though.Subscribe and follow on IG
