Vance is taking to Pakistan to resume peace talks with Iranian officials, as a tenuous ceasefire is tested by unclear promises and continued Israeli strikes in Lebanon. FOX News Senior White House Correspondent Jacqui Heinrich joins the Rundown to preview the road ahead for peace talks, before giving her analysis of First Lady Melania Trump’s surprise address. While most of the attention on the war against Iran is now focused on upcoming in Islamabad, Israel and Hezbollah continue to exchange fire, despite Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu's announcement of planned talks with Lebanon that will take place in Washington D.C. next week. The talks will center on Hezbollah and cementing a lasting peace between the two nations. Overnight, millions of Israelis sought shelter after Hezbollah launched a missile toward Ashdod and Tel Aviv, and also fired multiple rockets toward civilian communities along Israel's northern border. FOX’s Eben Brown speaks with Eylon Levy, Former Spokesman for the State of Israel, who says while talks with Iran are going on, Tehran must be aware that a military option to destroy the regime is still on the table. On the second day of the two-week ceasefire, no U.S. forces are being sent home with 50-thousand U.S. service members, the USS Abraham Lincoln aircraft carrier, 16 warships and more than a dozen air squadrons remaining in place. President Trump warned that U.S. forces would hit Iran even harder than before if it did not fulfill the agreement but what that agreement is, remains in dispute. Much attention remains on the Strait of Hormuz with reports that Iranian forces have put more mines in the waterway. FOX’s John Saucier speaks with Ret. U.S. Army Colonel Ray Gerber who says if U.S. troops get involved, this would be a long lasting conflict. President Trump has announced a two-week ceasefire in Operation Epic Fury, halting U.S. strikes on Iran to pursue a diplomatic resolution. The market remains uncertain as investors look toward an eight-week deadline to secure a multi-country deal to stabilize the Strait of Hormuz. But has this conflict finally revealed where the real value lies for investors in the age of artificial intelligence? Shark Tank investor & O’Leary Ventures Chairman Kevin O’Leary joins to discuss his pivot toward the physical infrastructure of the AI boom and why he believes the current global landscape has changed the rules for every business and investor. The U.S. and Iran have agreed to a two-week ceasefire as both sides engage in more talks to secure a wider peace agreement. The move came after talks with Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, who urged President Trump to delay further U.S. military escalation while each side continues to negotiate. Iran has proposed a 10-point plan and shared it with President Trump, who said it represents a "workable basis on which to negotiate." FOX’s Eben Brown speaks with Ahmad Sharawi, a senior research analyst at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, focusing on Middle East affairs, specifically the Levant, Iraq, and Iranian intervention in Arab affairs, who says finding common ground with Iran will be very difficult to achieve. The mission serves as a critical stepping stone for a permanent human presence on the lunar south pole, with plans to test new landers before an attempted moon landing and eventual human travel to Mars. The Department of Justice has launched a new National Fraud Enforcement Division, escalating the Trump administration’s crackdown on fraud. The move follows Vice President J.D. Vance’s anti-fraud task force and efforts by CMS to halt suspicious Medicaid payments. Haywood Talcove, CEO of LexisNexis Risk Solutions, joins us to break down the reports of waste and abuse that he says are costing taxpayers an estimated $1 trillion a year—driven largely by foreign criminal networks. Plus, how data analytics can help to expose shell companies and why experts say the current “pay and chase” system must shift to front-end identity verification to end fraudulent behavior. Plus, commentary by Brilyn Hollyhand, 19-year-old political commentator, bestselling author of "One Generation Away: Why Now is the Time to Restore American Freedom," and host of "The Brilyn Hollyhand Show."  PHOTO CREDIT: NASA Learn more about your ad choices. President Trump has set an 8 p.m. ET deadline for Iran to reopen the Strait of Hormuz or else the U.S. will begin targeting the nation's power plants and bridges. It would be a major escalation with critics saying targeting those sites amounts to 'war crimes.' President Trump wrote on Truth Social, warning, “A whole civilization will die tonight, never to be brought back again. I don’t want that to happen, but it probably will.” FOX’s John Saucier speaks with Florida Lieutenant Governor Jay Collins, retired U.S. Army Green Beret, who says whatever happens when the deadline expires, he is confident our military will not be committing crimes against humanity. Retired Army Colonel Jon Sweet joins the Rundown to discuss the readiness of our allies, as well as Iran's strategy of outlasting U.S. interest. A pair of rescue missions inside Iranian territory ensued to find the airmen of a downed F-15E fighter jet. In separate instances, both aviators were found alive. Since being named Iran's new supreme leader, Mojtaba Khamenei has not made one public appearance. There have only been messages, purportedly by him, that have been read on Iranian state TV, consisting of wide-ranging threats against the United States, Israel, and other Mideast neighbors. Other reports claimed Mojtaba was in critical condition or even in a coma, though Iranian officials have insisted that the new supreme leader is in good health. It all begs the question - who is currently in charge of Iran? FOX’s Eben Brown speaks with Christine Balling, former U.S. Defense Advisor and the Senior Vice President at the Institute of World Politics, who says the simple fact we don't see Iran's new Ayatollah in any capacity shows how successful this military operation has gone.
