Will Spencer joins the boys this week as they unpack the weekend and debut some new segments (including a cameo from the second XI's non-negotiable number 11).
As Lowey abandons the podcast on short notice for an alleged pyjama date, the boys roll on to run through a big weekend for the 1's and 2's, and discuss some big performances and milestones in the 4th XI.
The boys review round 2 of the 2022/23 season, as well as the star-studded beer pong tournament that went down soon after.
After a week off, the full Rundown crew returns to review round 1 of the 2022/23 season, with a new segment and massive special guest in new captain-coach Jack Blyth.
The panel looks a little bit different this week, with Michael Hendley, Darcy Turnbull and Jimmy Barr on the mics to preview the 2022/23 Phil's Water Croydon Ranges SuperCoach ahead of the upcoming season. The boys are also joined by MyClubTap founder Vicky, who takes us through how he developed the platform and provides some tips on what players should do throughout the season.
The boys are back in the studio to discuss all the events from a big off-season and look forward to the season ahead, with special guest Darcy Turnbull taking us through his aspirations for the season as coach of the 16/2's.
Despite still feeling the effects of a big Saturday night, the boys roll into the studio to run through the final round of the 2021/22 season. Jimmy turns the tables on Bobby and drops HIM, while the chicken nugget saga gets a little more interesting.
Although there was some slight hesitation to return to the recording booth after Will's brutally honest feedback last week, the full crew returns to run through the weekend.

Horse returns with a bang and unleashes one and a half weeks of pent-up energy after going AWOL mid-way through episode 6. Lowey is still injured and on the cans, while Bobby drops some bombshell news that could change the podcast forever.
Jim is refreshed after a week off, Lowey has done his knee and Horse's tinder antics are out of control, as he bails on the podcast once again.
The boys unpack the return of two-day cricket, although not everyone had an enjoyable weekend. Horse takes off mid-podcast under suspicious circumstances, while 'Crazy Carro' makes its debut.
