You gotta get Ismo to come to da yoop
I can Relate to the safety man in the oil patch, GET OUT OF HERE, GRRRR. I retired from driving now, fulfilled my boyhood dream. interesting listening to many familiar topics and your challenges along the way.
you guys are awesome
If you read this Greta, your grampa had the same mischievous character, always a fun time with him
I've got a 55lb fiberglass bow that I used to shoot. I'd set up an apple on a stick and try to hit it from 60yrds for fun. close but no cigar. I also let a paper bag roll across the field and shoot it, fun stuff. congrats on your profession
very interesting life story
learned a bunch of horse character, interesting. I love the smell of leather, creaky saddle and yes I'm very western also
consider doing videos of the numerous locations in the area. With black and white photos from tech archives to help tell the story. I'm sure that each location will have a lot of history.
Tap a maple tree in the spring, presweetened water for coffee. Interesting adventures you've been on, simular to some I've been on.
Good job Nora, interesting way to look at material things. I remember in your youth your home life, makes sense what your mother did, I've tried in our house but not everyone is on the same page.
I taught my kids gardening and they always liked the outcome. some now plant flowers but maybe later they'll plant veggies
thanks for an interesting podcast while I'm trucking to Oklahoma, good job Bruce
I'm the type to enjoy learning a song that tells a story, do you think kids like that more than singing "I have the carrot" , just curious
A winner never quits and a quitter never wins. Good job Coach, you figured it out
Your sense of humor sure reminds me of your uncles, funny. Your drive and desire is very good towards your goals
I've never baited, got only 6 deer and the challenge was a lot of fun. Shooting over a bait pile doesn't make a good story.
I love doing candid since 1967 with a Kodak. lots of trial and error to learn in manual mode and later with a SRT 202 MINOLTA. Like my dad, he was obsessed with golf, you can't perfect it but he kept trying. I do that too with a camera. it was common to see me with a camera every where I went because I wanted to get the once in a lifetime shot. Not anymore, cell phone now. keep up the great work
your journey is bringing back memories of a hike from cedar Bay to lac LA Belle following the shore line. we had no timetable to get it done but your thoughts were very simular to mine in that it's just 1 step at a time, I can do this. rain, bugs, sore ankles, thirst, heat, tired muscles, hunger, realizing distance yet to cover, never mind, 1 step at a time. I always say that the seals in hell week can do it, so can I. interesting pod cast
