The Wagner's discuss how they came about the property, what they've done to improve it, and the special place it holds in their family. On this episode, the first in our Farm Focus clips, we discuss "Locust Grove". If you've followed along with Ira in any capacity, you've seen many clips, photos, and references to this property. It's a really cool piece of ground spanning nearly 500 acres in a prime location. Ira talks about purchasing the property, the vision, development, and a hiccup or two along the way. We also discuss the refuge, hunting areas, utilizing the equipment you do (or don't) have... and blinds you might have heard of.  Interested to hear your opinions on this one. 

On this episode, Joe and Ira talk with Dustin Roddy of Cache River Farms. Dustin focuses on habitat development, both residential and farmland real estate, and has a great deal of experience in these spaces. He covers how to locate and the steps he takes in developing farms to meet certain goals and how he's focused on expediting that process. We enjoyed visiting about hunting styles, habitat and farm development, land purchases, and hunting in both Arkansas and Missouri.    Enjoy!
