One of the hardest things to do in the human experience, knowing how to change and the process that requires. In order to change as a human, it takes a lot of work. It takes a lot of back and forth, negative emotions. The ups and the downs, people don't actively work on changing because they don't want to change. They swim in their own problems and they become addicted to their misery.
