In this episode I explain how the last egg retrieval (talked about in episode 2) didn't go as planned so we tried a 3rd egg retrieval. I share all of my thoughts and feelings about doing a 3rd egg retrieval and how IVF is basically an experiment. Everyone's body is different and you never know what is going to happen.
In this episode I share an experience with IVF and what I did differently from the first time I did it. We tend to blame ourselves when things don't go as expected and wonder what more we could have done but sometimes we cannot control the outcome. I share how I am learning to let go of wanting that control and learning to love myself and take care of my body through the process.
I am sharing about my fertility journey with you and how I have changed and grown from who I was when I started trying to conceive. As hard as it is to believe, there is purpose in the journey if you allow yourself to see it.
