Transition with Corporal Anthony Stephens U.S Marine Corps. It was a riveting conversation about how he maneuver through transitioning from the military to the police force to having his own business. Please tune in and listen to the wisdom of this young man.
Previously, recruits who had tattoos in these areas had to file waiver exceptions and sometimes had to wait weeks before they could be processed into service.
“We always review policy to keep the Army as an open option to as many people as possible who want to serve,” said Maj. Gen. Doug Stitt, Director of Military Personnel Management. “This directive makes sense for currently serving Soldiers and allows a greater number of talented individuals the opportunity to serve now.”
Losing a friend can be an incredibly difficult and painful experience. The absence of their presence and the memories you shared can leave a deep emotional impact. It's natural to feel a sense of grief and sadness, as well as a void in your life. It's important to allow yourself to grieve and process your emotions in a healthy way

Veterans Day is an important occasion to express gratitude to the brave men and women who have selflessly served in the military. Remember, expressing gratitude should extend beyond Veterans Day. It is important to appreciate and support veterans throughout the year. Their dedication and bravery deserve our continuous recognition and support. Happy Veterans Day (Thank you for your service)
When it comes to plans and purposes, they are interconnected. Plans are the blueprint or roadmap that guide individuals or organizations towards fulfilling their purpose or achieving their desired outcomes. Purpose provides the driving force and meaning behind these plans, giving them direction and clarity.
Mindset is a powerful tool that can significantly impact our lives. By cultivating a growth mindset, we can unlock our true potential, overcome obstacles, and foster personal and professional growth. It's never too late to start cultivating a growth mindset, and with time and practice, it can become a natural and empowering way of approaching life's challenges
Of course, I understand the importance of remembering who you were. It's essential to stay connected to your personal identity and values as they shape your beliefs, goals, and actions. Remembering your past experiences and upbringing can help you stay grounded and make informed decisions about the person you want to be in the future.

Had an amazing conversation with Sergeant First Class Shannon Ward! He was open about catching up with family life after Retiring from the military and how he felt left out when it came to dealing with situations that would occur. My takeaway from this interview was, always leave room to grow from someone else's experience. You never know how far it could take you.
Had an awesome conversation about Retirement with Master Sergeant Errol Acosta. Transition is not easy for a lot of people but it seemed bittersweet for Errol Because he said he won't miss the Negativity but will miss the Comradery he had with the people. Congratulations on your retirement And continued blessings on your new journey!!!
Had a very interesting interview with Lieutenant Nathaniel Hamilton, who knows both sides of military service, a non-commissioned and commissioned officer. I had a great interview with Corporal Thomas about his transition out of the military! Thomas gives his advice on transitioning out of the Army, which was to save your money and do your research before getting out! I hope you guys enjoy this interview because I share did!!!! #Army
Transition with Lieutenant Jacob Morris, He goes into detail on how the Career Skilled Program (CSP) works. This is a great opportunity for military personnel transitioning out of a military. We also talked about the dark side of that transition, and this is something a lot of veterans go through.
