This week on the podcast: Question 1: “I’m the youngest at my job and feel pressure to prove myself constantly, while others put in less effort and aren’t held accountable. Lately, it’s gone beyond frustration, I’m now expected to pick up extra work when they don’t finish theirs. There are also a lot of changes happening at work, and I don’t want to add more to my boss’s plate. How do I handle this in a healthy way without becoming bitter or resentful?”Question 2: “My bach is in 2 weeks and I’m anxious my sister will be mean to me (bc she’s always mean) - what are some things I can say or do to make sure the trip goes smoothly” IG: @drconniewang, @justaquickpinch

ok this is the coolest research ever ... literally lol! A recent research study shows that cool is cool, no matter where you are and what language you speak. This multi-year, multi country study shows which 6 traits are unanimously the most cool - and today I spin it into a personal branding/first impressions exercise to apply to your own life and story/mission: how can you spin whatever it is that you're into, into cool? Of course there are more important things in life than being cool, BUT this research shows valuable insight into what humans deem as good/interesting and valuable, and these provide an awesome framework to work off of.
