In this episode, I’ll be sharing my go-to recipe for 'Roasted Potatoes and Onions'—a dish that’s simple, comforting, and super easy to prepare.  Perfect as a side dish for any kind of weeknight or weekend meal and also perfect for the holidays. It will brings tons of flavor to any plate. Whether you’re a seasoned cook or just getting started in the kitchen, this recipe will quickly become a favorite. Ingredients List: 1 1/2 pounds of red potatoes 1 large onion (white or yellow)  3 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp dijon mustard   1 tsp kosher sale 1/2 tsp of freshly ground pepper 2 tbsp of dried parsley

I hope you enjoy this super easy recipe for Korean-Style Meatballs.  To say they're full of flavor is an understatement.   You can prep the sauce and the meatballs in the morning, so all you have to do is sautee the meatballs for 5-7 minutes when you're ready to serve them.  Super Easy !!!
