Thank you. I need to let go of the nerves regarding my first family reunion after both of my parents passed away last year. I have been using yoga to help me move through the grief. I cant wait to hug you, Rachael, when you come to Austin Tx for the book tour. Hopefully you will hold a yoga class while in Austin.
