Fast paced life often leads to feelings of tiredness, emptiness, and depletion, but not many realize the negative effects busyness can have on an individual. Dr. Jim Martin, Vice President of the Harding School of Theology, sits down with Jon and Tyler to discuss how replenishment positively impacts us, personal rest practices, and anxiety tips.
