Chelsea in the cup was chaos, Fulham was worse, and the axe finally fell. Sam, Harry and Jack sift through a grim week for Wolves: the baffling line-ups, the red card, whether Vítor Pereira lost the dressing room, and what the fan open letter to Fosun actually achieved.
Then it is the live debate on who comes in next, from Big Sam and Robbie Keane to Rob Edwards and Rui Vitória, before a realistic look at Chelsea away and score predictions. Plenty of gallows humour from the away end, some straight talk on keepers and service to the striker, and a plea for basic sanity from the boardroom.

An abysmal display at Molineux saw Burnley - quite happily settling for a draw- taking all three points in the Premier League.
Wolves had done the hard work, having gone 2-0 down within the first 30 minute, before pulling it back level in the closing stages of the first half.
However, it was another story of late goals coming back to hurt Vitor's side - this time a 95th minute winner for the Clarets.
There are rumours of a takeover - but how true are they?

Wanderers rode their luck in the first half... and it didn't get much better from there.
Players need to step up - but there are feelings around Molineux to suggest the season is a write off already.

The lads are back to pick apart Wolves’ 3-2 defeat at home to Everton and ask if the defensive mistakes are becoming too costly to ignore. Strand Larsen’s absence sparked fears of a Newcastle move, Andre’s errors had fans groaning, and once again it was the subs – Rodrigo Gomes and Fer Lopez – who gave Molineux a glimmer of hope.
We dive into:
The ongoing problems at the back and whether Vitor Pereira needs to drop senior players
Rodrigo Gomes’ impact and whether he’s earned a starting place
That penalty shout on Hugo Bueno – nailed on or never a foul?
A deep look at Wolves’ summer transfer window: £115m spent, £130m recouped, but still short in midfield. Did Jeff Shi and Fosun leave the squad too light?
Why so many players turned Wolves down this summer and what it says about the club’s “project”
The international break – good time to regroup or a disruption Wolves don’t need?
Ticket prices, fixture changes and whether fan protests against Fosun are on the horizon
All that plus your questions and a look ahead to the Compton charity tournament this weekend.

Wolves slip up at Bournemouth after a chaotic start, with questions over Andre’s absence, Totty’s red card and more head-scratching substitutions. Sam, Harry, Jack and guest Jai Baines pick apart the performance, debate Möller Wolfe’s struggles, and argue who should be starting at wing-back against Everton.
There’s a big focus on West Ham in the Carabao Cup as Vitor rings the changes – and Strand Larsen delivers with two goals, sparking fresh transfer talk as Newcastle circle. We also look at Rodrigo Gomes’ impact, the rise of Jackson Tchatchoua, and whether Hugo Bueno has nailed down his spot.
The lads weigh in on Fabio Silva’s surprise Dortmund move, transfer links to Genk’s giant striker, and give brutally honest ratings of Wolves’ summer business so far. Plus, we can’t ignore that viral Strand Larsen chant, already sweeping the South Bank.
All that, Everton preview and score predictions – including some wild betting odds – in another packed episode of The Wolves 77 Club.

The Wolves 77 Club returns for the 2025/26 season with a mix of emotion and frustration. The lads pay tribute to the late Diogo Jota after the tragic news of his passing, sharing memories of his time at Molineux and the impact he had on the club.
Attention then turns to Wolves’ summer business – or lack of it – as key players depart, few replacements arrive, and questions mount over Jeff Shi’s leadership and Vítor Pereira’s prospects. The team debates transfer strategy, Fabio Silva’s future, and whether this season’s recruitment leaves Wolves fighting relegation.
New signings John Arias, Rodrigo Gomes and David Møller Wolfe get their first verdicts, while concerns over squad depth, especially at right-back, dominate the build-up to Saturday’s Premier League opener against Manchester City.
There’s also a big focus on the upcoming Wolves Content Creators Cup for the Wolves Foundation, with guest appearances from charity team members – including an inspiring comeback story from a player who fought back from paralysis to take part.
Predictions, dark horses, and some spicy unpopular opinions round off the episode, plus betting odds for the brave ahead of City’s visit.
