Built To Belong: The Danger of Isolation in the Christian Life We were never meant to walk the Christian life alone. From the very beginning, God designed His people for community—not isolation. In this episode of Built To Belong, we explore the spiritual danger of withdrawing from biblical fellowship and the subtle ways isolation can weaken faith, distort perspective, and leave believers vulnerable. While solitude has its place, prolonged isolation was never God’s plan for His church. Through Scripture and practical application, this message challenges the modern tendency toward self-sufficient Christianity and calls us back to intentional, Christ-centered community. You’ll discover why belonging matters, how isolation quietly takes hold, and what it looks like to reconnect with the body of Christ in a meaningful way. If you’ve ever felt disconnected, overlooked, or tempted to walk alone—this episode is for you. Key Themes:• God’s design for biblical community• The spiritual risks of isolation• Why believers need one another• Finding healing, accountability, and growth through fellowship You don’t just attend church—you belong.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/just-the-bible-will-do-podcast--5399989/support.🎙️ Stay Connected & Be Part of the JourneyTo learn more about Jonathan and his journey, we invite you to visit JustTheBibleWillDo.com. Built To Belong: Why Belonging Matters for Spiritual Growth We were never created to walk alone. From the very beginning, God designed His people to grow in community, not isolation. In this episode, Built To Belong, we explore why belonging is essential to spiritual maturity—and why disconnecting from the body of Christ weakens our faith. Scripture shows us that spiritual growth happens best when believers are rooted, known, challenged, and encouraged within biblical community. This message confronts the modern mindset of “me and Jesus” Christianity and calls us back to God’s design for the church—not as a building, but as a body. If you’ve ever felt disconnected, hesitant to commit, or unsure where you fit, this episode will help you see that belonging isn’t optional—it’s foundational to a thriving walk with Christ. “But speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him…” (Ephesians 4:15)Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/just-the-bible-will-do-podcast--5399989/support.🎙️ Stay Connected & Be Part of the JourneyTo learn more about Jonathan and his journey, we invite you to visit JustTheBibleWillDo.com. Who May Dwell With You, Lord? | Psalm 15 What does it really mean to live close to God? Psalm 15 doesn’t focus on rituals, titles, or appearances—it asks a piercing question: Who is welcome in God’s presence? In this episode, we walk through David’s short but weighty psalm and discover that nearness to God is shaped by integrity, truth, humility, and faithfulness, not perfection. This message challenges us to examine how our faith shows up in everyday life—our words, our relationships, and our commitments. Psalm 15 reminds us that a genuine walk with God transforms how we live, not just how we worship. If you’ve ever wondered whether your life reflects the faith you profess, this episode will help realign your heart with God’s standard—and His grace. “He who does these things shall never be moved.” (Psalm 15:5)Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/just-the-bible-will-do-podcast--5399989/support.🎙️ Stay Connected & Be Part of the JourneyTo learn more about Jonathan and his journey, we invite you to visit JustTheBibleWillDo.com. Psalm 14 confronts a hard but necessary truth: when people reject God, corruption, injustice, and moral decay follow. In this message, we walk through David’s sobering words as he describes a world that has turned away from the Lord—where foolishness replaces wisdom, evil becomes normal, and righteousness is mocked. Yet even in the darkness, Psalm 14 points us to hope: God still sees, God still reigns, and salvation still comes from Him alone. This sermon speaks directly to our culture today and challenges us to examine:What it really means to say “there is no God”How spiritual blindness affects individuals and nationsWhy God’s presence is the foundation of wisdom and justiceWhere true hope is found when society drifts from truthIf you’ve ever wondered why the world feels morally upside down—or how believers are called to live faithfully in times like these—Psalm 14 offers both warning and reassurance. 🎙️ When Faith Feels Forgotten | Psalm 13 There are seasons when God feels silent and distant. In this episode, we walk through Psalm 13, one of the Bible’s most honest prayers, where David asks the question many believers feel but rarely say: “How long, O Lord?” If you’ve been waiting, discouraged, or struggling to hold on, this message reminds us that silence is not abandonment and honest faith is still real faith. What Is Your Decision? Every day we make choices—some small, some life-shaping. But when it comes to faith, obedience, and surrender to God, indecision is still a decision. In this message, What Is Your Decision?, we examine the moments in Scripture where people stood at a crossroads and were forced to choose whom they would follow, what they would believe, and how they would live. God does not call us to half-hearted faith or delayed obedience—He calls us to choose. This sermon challenges us to stop straddling the fence, stop postponing obedience, and stop assuming tomorrow is guaranteed. The question isn’t what will you decide someday—the question is what is your decision today? 👉 Choose truth.👉 Choose obedience.👉 Choose faith. We’re living in a time when words are cheap, truth is twisted, and lies travel faster than wisdom. In Psalm 12, David cries out to God in a culture that sounds uncomfortably familiar—where flattering lips replace faithfulness and deception is celebrated instead of condemned. In this episode, we walk verse by verse through Psalm 12 and confront some hard but necessary questions:What happens when truth becomes rare? How do lies and manipulation become weapons?Where is God when the faithful feel outnumbered and unheard?More importantly, we’re reminded that while human words fail, God’s Word never does. His promises are pure, tested, and trustworthy—especially in seasons of confusion, compromise, and cultural decay. If you’re weary of the noise, tired of deception, or searching for something solid to stand on, this episode will point you back to the unchanging truth found in Bible. 🎧 Listen in and be encouraged: when truth feels rare, God’s Word still stands firm.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/just-the-bible-will-do-podcast--5399989/support.🎙️ Stay Connected & Be Part of the JourneyTo learn more about Jonathan and his journey, we invite you to visit JustTheBibleWillDo.com. When the Foundations Are Shaken – Psalm 11 What do you do when everything you trusted feels like it’s falling apart? When the world seems unstable, truth is questioned, and fear whispers, “Run”? In this episode, we walk through Psalm 11 and confront one of life’s most pressing questions: What happens when the foundations are shaken? David was surrounded by chaos, threats, and voices telling him to flee—but his response is powerful and unshakable: “In the LORD put I my trust.” From the opening verse to the final declaration of God’s righteous rule, this psalm reminds us that while earthly foundations crumble, God’s throne is still in heaven.
