People living in subterranean places? The bible suggests this too. Notice the phrase "under the earth" in these bible verses: Philippians 2:9 (NIV) Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Revelation 5:13 (NIV) Then I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and on the sea, and all that is in them, saying: “To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be praise and honor and glory and power, for ever and ever!”
How would you prove that you're from the past?... Surely the fact you fluently speak ye olde English or an ancient form of whatever other language, that would be a huge clue. Plus, you may be able to point to various locations where buildings once stood, and archeological excavations may be able to uncover evidence of that. You may also have coins or other artifacts from the past in your pockets, and these would look fairly "new" without hundreds or thousands of years of corrosion and wear. Finally, an analysis of your DNA would show your ancient status, as you would have fewer mutations than modern people.
disappointed in the amount of commercial advertising, even w/i the episode. go for it ,man, but I won't be listening.
As for evolution and religion being compatible, they are definitely not, but are diametrically opposed to each other. Search for many relevant articles about this on the website creation.com
Angels jealous of humans? A light being jealous of a dirt being? The bible even says we humans are a little lower than angels. Perhaps the only thing angels would be jealous about is the high regard God has for us lowly humans. Also, we being made in God's image means we have emotions and thoughts like He does. It doesn't mean we have the same abilities.
The Genesis Experiment can't work because life requires complex coded information (DNA) and complex design (cellular machinery) to function. The best scientists still don't fully understand these things, let alone the participants in this experiment, so how could we conjure up life? Where would this information and design come from? An effect can't be greater than its cause, so people who are ignorant of the complex intricacies of cellular life can't possibly generate such a thing from nothing.
Since you have the footage of this alien ghost, why not publish it yourself? Even if others like the Discovery Channel challenge you, at least it would put knowledge of the video out into the public sphere. Surely it's too important to keep hidden?
