Josh and Tommy catch up to reflect on Saturday's slate of inter-divisional fixtures as Amateur Hour makes a return with North Beach and Morley Windmills enjoying success against State League opposition.
We have post-game interviews with Nick Di Carlo (North Beach) and friend of the pod John O'Reilly (Morley Windmills) in the aftermath of those victories before briefly touching on the defeated sides.
Attention then turns to Cockburn City's dramatic penalty shootout win over Kalamunda City as Zayd Free's heroics and celebrations see him named as our enhancer of the week.
Next, we talk about Fremantle City's 2-1 win over Joondalup City with reaction from Charlie Betts, whilst praising the Division One side for a fine season and touch on a competitive 2026 ahead in the second tier.

The NPL season is (almost) over with two stunning Top 4 Cup Finals being the cherry on the top!
Tommy and Kelechi talk the knife edge game between Olympic Kingsway and Bayswater City that saw Captain Fantastic Gordon Smith get a special moment as sealed the double for Bayswater. We go over the game, give kudos to both sides and speak to the "brains" behind the operation at Bayswater City.
We then talk about the Main event, the Women's NPL final that saw 4 stunning moments of magic from Balcatta Captain Abbey Meakins, bring home a well deserved trophy for Balcatta. We talk about the season that was for RedStar and Balcatta and speak to head coach Pete Rakic about what was a frustrating season that showcased the resilience of his players.

Tommy and Kelechi are back to review two cracking weeks of football here in WA.
In the Women's we talk about Fremantle lifting their first-ever Women’s State Cup with a commanding 3-0 win over Balcatta - and give flowers to a few familiar faces.
In the Top Four Cup, Perth RedStar survived a thriller – Gabby Dal Busco the shootout hero as they beat Perth SC after a 1-1 draw, while Balcatta edged the Academy 4-3 in extra time thanks to a Rachel Jarvis double.
In the Men's! Stirling produce a stunning late comeback with Danny Douglas the hero coming off the bench. We wrap up the fixture and highlight some positive stories and also talk about how hard it is to win stuff!
We also talk about wins for Glory and Bayswater as the Glory keep their Top Four Cup run alive after a win in the penalty shoot against Perth Redstar while Baysie are in the final!

Well, can you believe it! The end of another NPLWA - Women's season (almost!)
Kelechi and Tommy run through the final regular season round of matches and discuss UWA, MUMFC & Subiaco's years now that they have (almost!) ended.
Then, they touch on the two fixtures at the top of the league and the consequences for the Top Four Cup, before leading into a preview of this weekend's State Cup Final.
Finally, Kelechi catches up with Perth SC head coach Tom Glavovic to reflect on a history-making season for the Azzurri women.
Josh, Kelechi & Tommy get together to wrap the 2025 NPLWA - Men's regular season on this bumper edition of the Perth Football Podcast. The boys start by talking about the two games of consequence at the bottom of the league and what it means for those four teams going forward.

Josh and Tommy are back for another pubcast as Bayswater close in on a first NPLWA - Men's title in eight years, while Fremantle City moved out of the bottom two on goal difference despite their defeat in the Matt Sparrow derby.
Elsewhere, Kingsway kept their slimmest of title hopes alive, while Glory and RedStar cemented top four finishes with comfortable wins. Sorrento also secured their NPL safety and Stirling smashed six past Armadale.
The boys then reflect on Perth SC's midweek win over Balcatta which saw them claim a first league title in the NPL-Women's era, before touching on Saturday's results in the penultimate weekend and what it means going into the final regular season round.
Finally, there's a quick overview of State League Division One and Two with both competitions (particularly the second tier) set for exciting finishes at the top, middle and bottom of the league!

Wow! What an evening...
Tommy was at Kingsway Reserve along with over 3000 fans to absorb one of the most memorable evenings in recent WA football history as Olympic Kingsway knocked out A-League heavyweights Melbourne Victory 4-3 AET.
There's a quick synopsis of the game before we catch up with President Steve Nelkovski, skipper Mitch Oxborrow, full back Ollie Annis and forward Laat Mathiang for their thoughts straight after the game.
*Note - we also had interviews with Adrian Sinagra, David Tough and Ross Edwards, but unfortunately we weren't able to make them work due to audio issues. Suppose we'll just have to get them in for a chat after the Round of 16!

There's a game of the season contender as the champions make a statement at Frank Drago to ensure we have a title race. There's also drama at the Floreat Athena as Stirling win the impossible win thanks to late drama from Sammy Dweh. The boys also talk about Knights being on the march after a terrific first half against Perth SC.
In the NPLW Perth SC surely have one hand on the title as they move 7 points clear at the top of the league. There's wins for Perth Redstar and a resurgent Fremantle City (where we have our other enhancer of the week) and another washout at Mum FC.

Josh and Tommy catch up post-Round 15 on Saturday evening to reflect on a big weekend at the top and bottom of the NPLWA - Men's competition.
Josh saw Bayswater beat Western Knights 3-0 which meant Matt Sparrow's side extended their lead at the top to six points. Tommy, meanwhile, saw Kingsway and RedStar play out a goalless draw in the meeting between second and fourth.
There's a glance at the bottom of the league as big wins for Balcatta and Sorrento boost their survival hopes and make things a little tougher for Fremantle City and Floreat Athena in the relegation zone.
Then, Tommy comes back for Part 2 to reflect on a massive weekend in the NPLWA - Women's competition as Perth SC and Balcatta won big on the road against the Football West Academy and Perth RedStar.
Freo's win and MUM FC's draw with UWA are also on the agenda before a quick check in on the status on the State League Division One & Two season's as we enter the final couple of months of the campaign.

Josh and Tommy stop by the pub on Saturday evening to do a quick Full Time Whistle pod, following a dramatic clash between Perth SC & Perth RedStar in the NPLWA - Women's competition.
There's a quick round-up of the picture at the top of the league as a result of the Azzurri's 5-3 win, which factors in a big win for the Football West Academy who are now at the summit. A thrilling title race is on the cards with the top four sides separated by only four points with eight rounds left.
The lads then touch on the some of the storylines from the weekend's NPLWA - Men's fixtures with the six matches producing four draws. As a result, the two winners in Kingsway and Glory consolidated their position in the top four and closed their margin to leaders Bayswater who remain undefeated after a draw at in-form RedStar.

On the 9th of June, South Perth Alliance released a statement following an incident involving one of their players. We speak to club President Roberto Boi about the statement and what he would like to see moving forward.

Tommy and Kelechi are the only ones at training but we have a doozy of a session prepared!
We talk the incredible scenes at Forrestfield for the Scarlett Oliver memorial match and talk about the great support the Kids with Cancer Support group are doing.
