The Curse of Curiosity

The Curse of Curiosity

2022-08-1704:25

I've recorded this podcast last month I believe but I've been away and well, there are reasons that I'm not going to bore you with. Happy listening! As always, if you wish to read blogs, visit: www.lvngloop.com Much love, Vaishnavi
Should I fit in?

Should I fit in?

2022-06-2803:28

Are we desperately trying to fit in even when our hearts pull us away? It is normal to like someone who shares a lot of qualities with you; it is basic human nature to find a piece of yourself in someone else. But, is that the only reason we should like someone? Someone like us, someone that fits in? That is a question I leave up to you to think about. If you wish to read my blogs, visit: www.lvngloop.com or find me on Instagram @lvngloop Much love, Vaishnavi
A question I've come across quite a few times in my life and a question there is no definite answer to. But, I definitely do have some views about it. Visit, www.lvngloop.com if you want to read my blogs or find my self-help products. Much love, Vaishnavi
Inevitable Changes

Inevitable Changes

2022-06-1404:17

Changes are frightening. They bring in discomfort. They make you want to jump out of your skin and hide away someplace no one would find you. And as disturbing as they are, not all changes bring discomfort, not all changes make you feel lost. But I still wish they were easy and so does everyone.  Anyway, if you want to read my blogs visit over at www.lvngloop.com or if you want to connect, find me on Instagram @lvngloop Much love, Vaishnavi
Is there a purpose?

Is there a purpose?

2022-05-3104:13

The question everyone seems to have asked at least once in a lifetime. Have you? I have. A ton of times. And I do not regret asking it. It gave me answers I didn't know existed in the first place. Answers I did not expect to get. What is your perspective about having a purpose in life? Do you believe in destiny? Do you think our purpose is pre-determined? Too many questions! Let me know how you find the episode. And if you want to read my blogs, head over to www.lvngloop.com Much love, Vaishnavi
Sharing my experience after writing affirmations for 3 months every morning.  I have always wanted to try this ritual and in the new year, I just went for it. January seems like a good start to start everything new. And so I did. I did not miss any day from the 1st of January, 2022 until the 31st of March, 2022. And I have tried my best to portray my experience with it transparently. I am not in any way a counsellor or therapist, these are my experiences I share with you as a friend.  I cannot believe this is my 10th episode already! Have you checked the ones before this one?  As always if you want to read my blogs or buy my journaling products, head over to www.lvngloop.com for more.
Labels and us

Labels and us

2022-05-1704:20

When I say "eitherly", I mean "either"! I wonder when we talk, we talk like we make no mistakes. But when I listened, I was worried the whole time about that one mistake. I decided to discard the episode altogether and that is when I realised I'm letting go of the label: "Perfectionist". Now, if you're a perfectionist too, you might be stuck on that one word like me or you might not even notice it, but now that I have; you would definitely notice it! Haha! Anyway, recording this episode was a real struggle for me because I'm not doing that well emotionally. But, when I do the things I love; they somehow have a habit of making me feel like I'm okay.  The article I mentioned in the episode: https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/alternative-truths/201005/why-its-dangerous-label-people As always, if you want to know more about me or read my blogs visit: www.lvngloop.com
Save this list the next time you think you're not blessed. It is everything you and I know, but we fail to count them as blessings. It is everything I have encountered when I came across a lot of challenges in 2021. I hope you find comfort in listening to this episode.  As always, if you want to read my blogs or buy my products, visit: www.lvngloop.com
I respect vulnerability and everyone who is courageous enough to share their stories despite the risk of getting hurt. I was always highly influenced by Brene Brown and all that she has shown the world about shame and vulnerability. I have always wanted to make an episode on vulnerability, so here it is! As always, visit my blog www.lvngloop.com if you want to read the same.
Just a Bad Day

Just a Bad Day

2022-04-2606:55

Bad days and little tips here and there on how to get through them. We all have bad days and somehow they always feel miserable as always. Watching a favourite movie or reading your favourite book doesn't work every time even if you want them to work desperately. I know every time I have a bad day, I want to do nothing. I don't even feel like getting up from the bed. Anyway, you can listen to everything else I have to say about bad days in my podcast episode or if you want to read, just visit: www.lvngloop.com
How will you become something without being who you are today?  I was always intrigued by the idea of Contradiction and it was always something I wanted to talk about. So, let's dive right in to know what I'm talking about contradiction.  As always, you can find my blogs on lvngloop.com if you like reading blogs.  Will see you next Tuesday!
Who am I?

Who am I?

2022-04-0508:34

Over hundreds of centuries, people have asked the question, "Who am I?" and so many studies and philosophers have tried to answer the question. But even though some answers or philosophies might come to us as satisfactory, in the end, it is we who decide the answer to a question so simple yet so incredibly difficult to answer sometimes.  As always, you can find the blog on my website if you want to read instead of listening.
I have journaled for 8 years now and I can never talk enough about it. Journal is a place where I can be anyone I want and create anything my heart desires. It makes me sane and in today’s episode, I’ll give you a glimpse into that part of my life and tell you how you can benefit from it too. Not that I look at my journal only for gains, but as a place to be me. And how you can experiment too.
A perspective shift on the boredom of our mundane life occurred to me after an experience that was life-changing. There are some bits and pieces I've added in this podcast from my audio journal from a long time back, so if you feel my rhythm changes somewhere, it is because I've given you a glimpse into my original audio journal.  Also, when I say April 1st; I meant April 21st! (Not that 1st always means 21st to me! That was lame.) As always, if any of you wants to read instead of listening to my podcast, you can read it on www.lvngloop.com
Wrapped in Green

Wrapped in Green

2022-03-1510:01

Dealing with the loss of a loved one. Dealing with the roller coaster of emotions and finding that satisfactory place again in your life to feel okay.  This is my first ever podcast, the one I've been going back and forth for sharing with the world. It only made sense to start it with the blessing of someone close I lost last year. I hope you find some peace listening to it during these unruly times.  For those who do not like to listen to podcasts, you'll find my blog to read on the same topic at lvngloop.com P.S. The quote at the beginning and the philosopher I mentioned is Herbert Fingarette. Thanks for stopping by at The Lvngloop Podcast! Vaishnavi (with a smile)
