We had to bring this one back — because it’s just that good. Today’s guest is our good friend Carly Baker, now leading Media Partnerships at HubSpot Originals (yes, that HubSpot). She’s been a big part of our journey, and every time she’s on the show… 🔥 golden boulders everywhere! This episode is packed with the kind of insights that make you pause and go, “Oof, I need to write that down.” Here’s what you’ll learn: Why every business should start thinking like a media company What HubSpot is doing to grow shows like My First Million How to turn your podcast guests into real growth partners The power of “edutainment” (aka fun + useful = win) Is it the right move? And why just having a famous guest isn’t enough anymore This one’s for podcasters, creators, and business owners who want to build something real — not just chase downloads. So grab your notebook, hit play, and let’s get to it. Carly brought the goods.

This one’s a favorite. We HAD to bring it back. Back when we were just getting started, there were people who felt way out of reach. Today’s guest was one of them... until we made it happen. In this episode, we sit down with **John Lee Dumas** — host of *Entrepreneurs on Fire*, a podcasting legend with over 3,800 episodes, 130 million listens, and $24M+ earned. Yeah. That’s real. But this convo? It’s not about the flex. It’s about how **you** can turn your content into a full-blown machine. JLD shares: - How to stand out in a crowded space (even if you’re just starting) - Why “niching till it hurts” might be the only way to win - The simple mindset shift to get consistent with your content - How publishing daily changed everything - The behind-the-scenes of building a 7-figure podcast brand We talk hustle, systems, monetization, and why publishing even when you feel like an imposter is your secret weapon. This episode is pure fire. **Ready to go from stuck to monetized?** Join our 1-on-1 challenge with Fonzi at: [www.bizbros.co/monetize](http://www.bizbros.co/monetize) Or if you’re done doing this alone… become a part of something bigger: [BusinessCreator.Club](http://businesscreator.club/) Because Content Is Profit — and this is how you build it.
Today… we got someone BIG in the house! I wanted to share my Vlogging experience from yesterday. But when I started recording, I noticed my energy was low. I only got 4 hours of sleep after our trip last night. You'll hear more about it in the episode that drops soon! Deff do not miss it! So instead... I'm bringing you one of my favorite interviews with one of the top producers in the world right now! We’ve been chasing him for years (okay, okay—maybe we’re exaggerating… but not really). He’s one of the best podcast producers in the game—working with Alex & Leila Hormozi, real estate shows, even a podcast about parking! (Yup. Parking. 😅) But today’s not about them… it's about how YOU can grow your podcast without wasting time, money, or energy on stuff that doesn’t work. 💥 We talk: Why most business podcasts flop (and how to avoid it) The truth about podcasting for small biz owners What data you actually need to look at (spoiler: it’s not downloads) Why your podcast should be fuel not the spark The 4-part framework to make your show binge-worthy 🔥 And yeah… how to turn your podcast into CLIENTS 💸 Whether you're just starting out, already podcasting, or thinking, “Should I even launch one?”—this episode is for YOU. Don’t just create content… create PROFITS. Hit play. Take notes. And go make it happen. Follow us on social: @bizbros.co 💬 Got questions? DM us. We love hearing from you. 📣 And hey—don’t forget to share this episode with someone who needs to hear it!

The Hard Truth That Helped Me Fix My Business (And My Mind) Yesterday… wow. Fonzi and I spent the whole day locked in at a coworking space — not recording, not filming, just talking. About the business. The studio. Our team. Even the future of Content Momentum and the Business Creator Club. We thought we were going in different directions. We weren’t. We just weren’t saying things the same way. Wild, right? This episode you’re about to hear? It’s the one that helped us have that hard conversation. And I mean hard. But also... powerful. Because we finally got aligned. And guess who’s in the episode? My coach. My mentor. My North Star. Katie Richardson. She’s the one who helped me learn how to lead, not just do, and with that, pave the path to our first 7 figures!. The person who helped me figure out why I was stuck — and how to break out of it. We talk about the #1 mistake CEOs make (I was making it too), and the ONE question you’ve got to ask if you’re feeling stuck, tired, or like your business isn’t “fun” anymore. But here's the thing… we don’t give all the answers away. You gotta listen. Because if you’re a coach, creator, or entrepreneur trying to grow something big — this will change how you see your team, your time, and even yourself. Let’s go P.S. If you’re stuck on how to grow and monetize your content, we just opened a few free spots in our 5-Day One-on-One Challenge. Just 20 minutes a day, real results. Go to bizbros.co/monetize — it’s free. No fluff.
This episode is special. Like... really special. We brought on the guy who helped us make thousands of dollars with no ads, no email lists, no big launches. Just one person at a time. His name is Richmond Dinh, and he's the creator of the Tiny Challenge — the thing that totally changed how we sell, help people, and grow our business. We talk about the simple steps anyone can use to get clients online... even if you have zero tech skills or a small audience. We also shared some of our own stories—what worked, what didn’t, and even what made people cry during the challenge (in a good way 😅). If you’ve ever felt stuck trying to sell your service or coaching, or you’ve wondered how to actually turn content into profit... you’re gonna want to hear this. Oh—and Richmond dropped something at the end that might just blow your mind. (Hint: it has to do with making hundreds of thousands from a one-on-one call... and it’s not what you think.) Connect with Richmond! https://www.facebook.com/coachrichmonddinh https://www.linkedin.com/company/richmond-dinh
Hey Fam!| What if I told you there's ONE big reason you're not landing your dream collab (or customer)… and it has nothing to do with your talent? In today’s episode, I’m reacting to a short but 🔥 clip from a show in our network—and it got me thinking… Why do some people land podcast guests like NBA team owners or billionaires… …while others give up after one DM? We’re diving deep into: • What most people get totally WRONG after their first outreach • The 4-step formula we’ve used to book over 500+ guests (even our dream ones) • A few personal stories you’ve never heard that’ll blow your mind • Plus, I’ll show you how YOU can use this to collab with your heroes—starting today Warning: This episode might make you rethink everything about how you ask for collabs. Hey hey! It’s Luis here—and today’s episode will blow your mind! Ever met someone who crushes it in business, fitness, AND relationships… all at once? Well, let me tell you about my friend Bart Miller—aka the Billion Dollar Cowboy. This guy is a machine. But not the cold kind... the kind that smiles, laughs, builds empires, and still has time for real connection. We talked about some crazy stuff… like: • How to actually become the person you dream about (not just pretend) • Why being real beats “faking it” every time • And a wild 30-day challenge Bart gave us that might just change your whole world (I’m trying it—no joke) But here’s the thing… We didn’t give you the full roadmap. We just opened the door. If you’re stuck, feeling “not enough,” or just want to win without losing yourself—this episode’s for you. Hit play. Trust me, you’ll walk away seeing life (and business) differently. #ContentIsProfit
150M Eyeballs Just Shifted—Are You Ready? Last week, Netflix changed the future of podcasting forever... Here's why their recent Spotify partnership is bigger than you might think: Starting early 2026, shows like The Bill Simmons Podcast, The Rewatchables, and Serial Killers will stream on Netflix alongside their regular programming. We're talking about putting podcasts in front of 150+ million eyeballs on the Netflix home screen. Netflix is showing once again that who they choose to showcase has real value. Those podcasts will overnight become some of the biggest shows in the world. Media is really merging in a funny way, isn't it? YouTube is becoming TV and therefore podcasts are becoming TV. Now, TV is slowly becoming podcasts?! I mean if you really think about it, podcasts are essentially audio first TV shows that deliver half of TV's production quality at a tenth of the cost. Plus they come with built-in audiences. It's just good business economics. This raises the stakes for every podcaster. Production values will have to increase (like that recent Chris Williamson pod with Matthew McConaughey). The bar just got even higher but so have the opportunities. This episode? Oh man, it went in a whole different direction… and we loved it. I was gonna talk about how to make content creation easier (don’t worry — we’ll get to that later)… but then Fonzi started telling me a story. And I stopped him right there. Because I knew we had to hit record. We dug into something most people totally miss when it comes to content and sales. And it has nothing to do with having a huge following or fancy funnels. It’s something we call the Pipeline Platform — but don’t get it twisted. It’s not just a podcast. It’s way more powerful than that… if you do it right. We shared what helped us cross our first 6-figures, and why we’re going all in on it again. And yeah, we dropped some golden boulders — not nuggets — that could totally shift the way you grow your biz. Wanna know how to: - Get in front of dream clients without pitching them? - Turn content into high-trust convos? - Create value, build trust, and open doors… all at once? Then hit play. So today’s episode got real... I’ve been talking to more and more people lately—some who’ve been in business for years—and guess what? A lot of them are still super confused about why they’re making content in the first place. Some want a podcast… but don’t know what success looks like. Others think content is the magic key... but aren’t sure how it connects to their business at all. And don’t even get me started on the guy who thought every podcast needed to be 7 minutes long. Look, if you’ve ever asked yourself: - “Should I start a podcast?” - “What kind of content should I create?” - “How do I actually get people to see it?” Then this episode is 100% for you. We’re talking real talk: - What most people get wrong about content creation - Why “just creating” isn’t enough anymore - How to figure out what you should be doing (without the overwhelm) But don’t worry—we don’t give all the answers here Because if you really want clarity... 👉 Join our FREE 1:1 Content Clarity Challenge We’ll work with you personally, for 5 days, to build a strategy you can actually use—based on your business, your time, and your goals.
