Change your prospective of what health is. Counting calories doesn't work anymore...well did it ever work? Teaching kids about health is hard but getting people to change habits is harder. Tips on how to refigure food in your life.
Have you wondered what direction your health is going? Well if you were to weight the good and the bad which would weigh more? This can be challenging as habits lead to weight good or bad health. We can't control everything, but we can add up the things we can control and give our bodies a fighting chance!
What are you tolerating in your life that you shouldn't be? What should you be tolerating more of? Creating habits can be a challenge, a start can be to cut out some bad things you tolerate and create a new frame work of how you think of health.
Well ya live and you learn.  Take an amazing night of ball add some ice cream and lose some sleep.  Reminder of how our body learns habits and when you break them it can teach you an important lesson.
