One of the biggest causes of stress and anxiety is our own perception of what we can and can not control. Once you start focusing on this, and put your attention on the things you can control, your life will start changing.
Stop comparing your happiness to other people. And stop thinking you don't deserve it. You're allowed to be happy!
A new day does not start at sunrise. It starts at midnight. In the dark. When you're wanting change in your life, more often than not you're also going to have to start in the dark.
