Alicia Wade is such an inspiration, starting her career like most in early childhood and working her way up to a director, area manager and now is keynote speaker, author, and coach inspiring countless others with her amazing talents and story. It hasn't always been a straight line for Alicia and she openly shares her journey of overcoming challenges throughout her whole career, especially around self belief. Stephanie Pinto is an emotional intelligence coach, paediatric anxiety therapist and international speaker. In 2017 i was lucky enough to work with a client that owned 11 services in Japan to help them establish services in Australia. As part of the project i went over to Japan to see there services. Here we share stories on travel, architecture, curriculum and culture on all things early childhood.
