Authentically Embracing Me!!!

On this episode I speak about the importance of discovering what You are meant to learn in the season you are in. I share what I am currently learning, the obstacles I’ve had to overcome.

In this episode I expose different changes I’ve had to overcome. I’m owning my story no longer allowing shame to control my life. Today I chose to be free. This was a hard talk with a lot of emotions being evoked. Overall I’m sharing as a form of encouragement! Your past doesn’t have to control your future. Be vulnerable, be free & uplift others through your processing.
