On week 7 of RebuildEd Tim Grover opens up about the rebuild he’s had to make in his own professional career transitioning from a trainer running his own facility into an author and motivational speaker. Tim goes into how times have changed with how athletes train and the impact it had in his personal life. Eddie and Tim visit Tim’s old training facility to sit down with Tracy McGrady (39:13) a former client of Tim who spent years rehabbing and training at Attack Athletics while undergoing the most difficult injuries of his career. McGrady recounts what it was like to rebuild himself from a micro-fracture surgery and how Tim Grover got him back on the court. Later on Eddie reads from listener questions who’ve wrote in regrading self appearance issues & pre-workout supplements.
On week 6 of RebuildEd, Tim Grover and Eddie discuss the underdog mentality in fitness, business, everyday life and why just winning is not enough.
