Appalachia pronunciation guide from a gal who's lived in multiple parts of it. Ap-a-latch-a is the pronunciation in southern portion of the mountain range, but from the portions in PA going north, it's locally pronunced ap-a-lay-sha.

Devon, you wanted migrane coping methods? I got you! Mine are classed intractable sadly but I guess that makes me an expert. Aside from the botox and the prescriptions my neuro has me on 200mg CoQ10, 380mg feverfew, 75mg butterbur, and 400mg magnesium. the supplements make a diffrence if I take them daily. The Cefaly (tens unit) if you can spring for the upfront cost(still cheaper than the damn botox) is worth every penny and it has a daily prevention mode as well as an acute treatment mode.

Gypsy's dad's $1,200($1872 in 2023 money) per month child suport is $14,400($17,780 in 2023 money) per year. In 2005 the average yearly income was $55,238 per year. That's $4603.16 gross per month and $3414 net pay (take-home after taxes). That's a qauarter of the average total monthly pay and a third of the average monthly take home pay. Dude was trying to do right by his kid inspite of his crazy ex isolating and blocking contact with his daughter.
