On a sweltering Sept. 5 night, the Vermont singer/songwriter, played a 17-song set to a sold-out crowd at the beautiful Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater in Bridgeport, CT. The crowd was a mixed bag consisting of mid-40 dudes like me, dads who brought their tween daughters, couples, singles, and everything in-between. There was one guy possibly in his 60s with a Bonnaroo shirt. Each and every one of them were singing and hanging on each word of Noah Kahan, belting out the lyrics as if it were a Taylor Swift song.
Legendary guitarist and Grammy winner Andy Summers discusses his upcoming tour  with The Cracked Lens + A Missing String, his photography career, and his time with The Police.
Jon chats with Andrew McMahon about AM in the Wilderness’s new release Tilt At The Wind No More, music as therapy, milestones, having his daughter Cecilia appear on a new track, touring, and a whole lot more.
Sean Silverman, guitarist of alt-rock trio Beach Weather discusses  their new album Pineapple Sunrise, touring with lovelytheband and hitting the festival circuit, and their massive hit  "Sex, Drugs, Etc."
Oscar nominee Amy Irving discusses her debut album Born in a Trunk, her classic film roles, and more.
Everyone’s an “emerging artist” when you read an interview about a new musician.  But like, Sydney “Syd” Palmieri  truly is. The alt pop, singer-songwriter keeps good company.  She’s   about to drop her new single “Insane” with Grammy award-winning producer, Keith Thomas (Chris Brown, Usher, Amy Grant, Mariah Carey), and already has two wildly successful singles “Medicine” and “Angel”  which collectively have surpassed 325k streams across all platforms.  I spoke with the Nashville emerging star (see what I did there?) and asked her about music, songwriting and whatever I could think of.
Justin from the band Welles performed Rock N Roll Times & Seventeen a few years back and it was glorious -- to kick off season 2 of A-Sides heres one that meant a lot.  Recorded live in the offices of The Capitol Theater in Port Chester.
For 20 years+, Coffee Labs has been an institution in Tarrytown. It  opened in Eastchester last year, and as owner Mike Love tells us it’s about to expand even further.  Make yourself a cup and listen to this chill dude explain.
What’s next for Godsmack? Longtime drummer Shannon Larkin lets us in on some info, gives an update on their current tour and future tours and shares all kinds of music “vibes.” Have a listen.
When lifelong Westchester resident Joe Crotty lost his restaurant business during the pandemic, he did what every rational small-town business owner would do:  He opened another one within months! Joe, who had been in the restaurant and bar biz like his dad, pivoted from Riverdale to New Rochelle, opening Crotty's Cheesesteaks in December 2020 with his daughter Lindsay Crotty Walsh.  We caught up with Lindsay to share the story of the business, how she went from a stay-at-home hom to turning a negative into a positive.  Say Cheez.
Mia Pinero is a New York City based performer who is currently in revival of Sweeney Todd . She made her Broadway debut as Maria while understudying in Ivo Van Hove's revival of West Side Story.
For over 20 years,  Katy Krassner has been  iconic pop band Duran Duran director of all things digital and their “social media goddess.” She manages all content and strategy for the band’s website, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram pages, as well as their YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud, Tumblr and Pinterest pages. In addition, she  began co-hosting WHOOOSH!, a weekly radio show with Duran Duran's Simon Le Bon. WHOOOSH! In 2020.  It  started off on Duran Duran's website, later moved to Spotify and now airs every Sunday evening at 7pm ET and every Monday evening at 10pm ET on SiriusXM's Spectrum Channel 28. 👏
Andy Yu is a renowned fashion designer, innovator and strives to make a positive impact on the environment through his work.  In Westchester, he’s held chic events, is a connector, collaborator and a supporter of various charities.  He’s more substance than style but damn he’s got style.

Finnish “violent pop” band Blind Channel catapulted to stardom after their appearance at last year’s Eurovision and have no signs of slowing down.  They’ll release Lifestyles of the Sick & Dangerous on July 8 and you can expect a high energy dose of rawk. This Finnish band is going places, kids.  Joel Hokka and Niko Moulanen sat down for a quick chat on the cast to discuss taking flight.
Luke Reyvn draws inspiration from all genres including early 2000s Nu Metal, and no, that’s not a bad trying.   The 21-year-old artist, who will drop an album later this year, is also a mental health advocate who uses his music as a source of therapy , and lucky for us, it’s catchy AF — blending that aforementioned genre, beats, alt-pop and only good stuff.  Listen to the interview and find his songs all over the Interweb.
Cellist Calvin Langman and guitarist Ross Monteith started playing covers and then started making some pretty amazing originals.  Drummer  Luke Davis joined in and ultimately the Awfully Apeelin’ EP came out in 2016.  This band is bananas good.  Read their bio somewhere else. Catch them on the road this summer and now wherever you are. But know this they have  over a million monthly listeners on Spotify and other impressive stats.   Their music is candy for your ears.
Emerging Irish rockers Dylan Howe and Fionn Hennessy-Hayes of Rowan discuss their debut album, Does It Make You Happy? and more.
