In this episode I discuss the power of truth. Walking in your truth and living out your truth. It sounds basic and easy right? Then why do so many of us fear our truths? Think about the hood dude who’s interested in higher consciousness but afraid to admit it in his environment out of fear of being judged. Or the girl who plays small in a relationship or waters herself down in friendships out of fear that her elevation will lead to loneliness. Many of us are not showing up as our authentic selves. . It’s this lack of authenticity that causes misalignment in our lives. We live lives that are exhausting, mundane, or traumatic because we are not aligned with our true selves. Well we dive into it all in this episode. I share my experience with self deception and how I overcome it daily. Sometimes it’s us against us.
