Ciara Turley, Nutrition and Health coach AKA The Tummy Fairy joins Karl Henry on this week’s episode of The Real Health podcast. Title Gut healthy food with the Tummy Fairy Description Ciara Turley, Nutrition and Health coach AKA The Tummy Fairy joins Karl Henry on this week’s episode of The Real Health podcast. Copy How to get your kid to eat more vegetables? What can you do to reduce prep time for meals? And how do you create gut-healthy food? Ciara Turley, Nutrition and Health coach AKA The Tummy Fairy joins me on this week’s episode of The Real Health podcast. I asked Ciara first how she ended up having such a strong philosophy on food. The Tummy Fairy told me, “?I struggled with my weight probably in my teens and my twenties. I was on every single diet known to man. When we moved to Australia I got back into cooking and focusing on Whole Foods. I went through different phases of cutting out dairy, egg, gluten. I cut out sugar for several weeks and couldn't believe how amazing I felt on that. And then I put it down cooking everything myself. I wasn't eating anything processed.” The nutrition coach has great advice for sneaking vegetables into meals. She explained, “I'd put anything you have in the fridge in, so carrots, onions, peppers and just add them into a pot with some herbs, garlic and a little bit of olive oil. You're just going to cook that low and slow and then blitz it up. You can use that in so many different recipes, even just pouring it over chicken. It's just a way to get a little bit of sneaky veg hidden in there.” You can listen to the full episode here or wherever you get your podcasts.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Such interesting conversation, thank you! The acoustics/echo makes a it a little difficult to listen to though. Could this be rectified for future podcasts?
