We live in a culture that glorifies a certain type of body, is infused with messaging that our bodies can't be trusted, and fuels the disconnection that many of us have from our bodies. This is a powerful and honest conversation about a cultural issue through the lens of Lindsay's struggles with an eating disorder and the lessons she has learned along the way. 1. Lindsay shares the story of the moment where she felt herself disconnect from her body and how that fueled an obsession with food and exercise. 2.
