On this weeks episode we are talking about the new Benchpress rules that were announced by the IPF this past month. There are 3 new rules for the bench press and the main one is specific to range of motion, a hot topic in the powerlifting community. We talk about that and more on this episode.

Autoregulation is adjusting your workload within each training session based on how you’re performing relative to previous sessions. This years SBD Cup is shaping up to be the biggest powerlifting meet we have ever signed up for. Bigger of course than even the national championships. With more than 400 people signed up to lift, we are excited to see some of the best lifters in the country go head to head. But we are even more excited for our awesome powerlifting team with 21 lifters signed up. We share our thoughts on this episode.
