This weekend sees the culmination of Pride Month with the launch of the ‘Coming Out With Dublin Bus Campaign’. Fresh concerns about the new National Maternity Hospital were raised this week. They include controversy over the projected final cost of the facility at around €800 million. There were highly distressing and potentially tragic scenes at the Denmark Finland match at the Euros last night when Danish midfielder Christian Eriksen collapsed on the field. He received treatment on the pitch and was rushed to hospital for further care. But, it raises a question about emergency care.
