A lot of times, we are our own worst enemy. We allow ourselves to believe what others say about us, and what’s worse is that it can be amplified in our own minds. Then the way we think of ourselves can be a downward spiral. Really try and find some time to REFLECT. Look back on what you can change, what you can learn, and what you can do in order to be happy. Find that time for yourself --and I promise you, things will get better, and you might find some things about yourself that you didn’t know before.

It is the end of the semester so I know I’m not alone in starting to feel burnout so today I have compiled some things on how I try to prevent burnout and keep your motivation (and sanity) during a busy time. Because when you are busy and pushing yourself, you need to be mindful that burnout is inevitable, but there are ways to prevent yourself from getting stuck and burnt out every time your schedule or life gets a little chaotic because we can’t accomplish our goals and dreams when we are constantly burnt out.
