Meet Today’s Experts
Dr. Mandy Leonhardt is a General Practitioner and British Menopause Society-accredited menopause specialist based in Hampshire, UK. She focuses on women's hormonal health, particularly premenstrual disorders like PMS and PMDD, as well as menopause care. Dr. Leonhardt co-authored "The Complete Guide to POI and Early Menopause" and integrates nutrition and lifestyle medicine into her practice. She is also an evidence-based certified nutritionist and includes nutritional and lifestyle advice in her consultations.
Suzanne Rethans is a Dutch journalist, author, and podcaster. She has written for various magazines and newspapers for almost 25 years. She is the host of the podcast "We zijn toch niet gek?" ("We're not crazy, are we?"), which raises awareness about menopause symptoms, misdiagnoses, and possible solutions. In 2019, she published "Begeerd en verguisd," a biography of actress Sylvia Kristel. Suzanne is active on social media platforms, including Instagram.
Tanja Jess, is from Karlsruhe, Germany, she is a Dutch actress and television presenter. She moved to the Netherlands at the age of five and a half and grew up in Eindhoven. Jess is best known for her roles in Dutch television series such as "Goede tijden, slechte tijden" and "Bloedverwanten."
