I love the pour over and I think these extra topic choices are very timely and needed. However, I find the more casual approach coming across as you don't know what you've researched or done your duty as a journalist. This portrays an air of not fully understanding, so I find myself turning the episode off. I'd encourage you to strengthen your knowledge on the subject before presenting it.
I sure appreciate your attention to clarifying and defining the ARmy National Guard! My husband just retired from ARNG after 25 years! 9/11 had a drastic change on how guardsmen were utilized. Between 2006-2022, my husband deployed to Iraq 1x, Afghanistan 2x and Kuwait 2x. The dwell time between deployments is 3 years, not 5. A soldier may choose to volunteer to deploy sooner than 3 years. Deployments for OIF and OEF changed from 12 months w 2 week R&R to 9 mo without an R&R. God bless America!

Frankly, your "unbiased" handling of this matter in your tone and language is disgusting. I allready suspected ya'll were center left (though you probably consider yourselves center right), but I officially cannot support this podcast with recommendations or my views anymore. Being unbiased is not a Christian virtue when it comes to evil. You are discussing CASTRATING and STERILIZING children by the party that fully supports every form of sexual immorality. Wake up, guys.
This is a wonderful podcast that I have enjoyed listening to. I was delighted to learn that my 19-year-old daughter had found it on her own and loves it as well. It gives a perspective on the news that is missing from other sources and helps us to stay focused on Christ.
I love this podcast, it's godly perspective and it is the perfect length! If I could suggest something, though....please remove the drum beat in the background. It interferes with the T's and other sharp-sounding letters within the speech so as to make it hard to understand what is being said because of the brain constantly filtering out the noise throughout the entire episode. This makes listening for any length of time annoying and hard to over come. Thanks for what you're doing!
