"My metabolism is shot!" Sometimes I think about all the different ways that I have really wrecked my own metabolism. Yes...I have done it, too. But as a result, I have some good news for you. When you wreck your metabolism, it is not like a totaled car that's never coming back. Thankfully...the human body is very resilient. Our bodies are very determined to keep us alive. In order to be alive, our bodies have to metabolize food, alcohol, air pollution, etc. Our body is constantly working. So here's the deal...
